«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Տիգրան Ավինյանն այսօր այցելեց «Սուրմալուի» տարածք։ Նա լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ տարածք է այցելել՝ որպես «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության կողմից առաջադրվելիք Երեւանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու։ Սա մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք է տվել առ այն, որ Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրությունների մասին դեռ չի հայտարարվել, Ավինյանն արդեն «Սուրմալուի» տարածքից քարոզարշա՞վ է սկսել:

Երեւանի ավագանու անդամ Անի Խաչատրյանն այս առնչությամբ Aravot.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ խնդրահարույց որեւէ բան չի տեսնում այդտեղ. «Ընտրություններին դեռ մեկ տարի, տարուց ավելի կա, Տիգրան Ավինյանի՝ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու լինելու մասին իր քաղաքական թիմը հայտարարել է դեռ ամիսներ առաջ։ Չեմ կարող ասել, թե Ավինյանն ինչո՞ւ է այդպես ասել, բայց դա չեմ որակի քարոզաշավ, որովհետեւ դեռ քարոզարշավ չկա»:

Հարցին՝ չի՞ կարելի ենթադրել, որ ՔՊ-ն ուզում է գնալ Երեւանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների՝ Անի Խաչատրյանը պատասխանեց. «Նման տեղեկություն չունեմ, ու դա մենակ ուզելով չի, երկիրը խաղալիք չի, որ երբ ուզեն՝ երկրում ընտրություններ անեն: Ընդամենը մեկ տարի ժամանակ է մնացել ու չեմ կարծում, որ դրանից շուտ հնարավոր են նոր ընտրություններ: Ամեն օր նոր աղետ է մեր գլխին գալիս, դեռ ընտրությունների մասին մտածելու ժամանակ էլ չկա: Շուտով ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ են, քաղաքական ուժերը նույնիսկ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու խնդիր ունեն՝ երկրում այս լարված վիճակից ելնելով»:

Հարցին՝ քանի որ Ավինյանի հայտարարությունը դիտարկվում է որպես քարոզարշավի սկիզբ, «Սուրմալուն» լավագո՞ւյն վայրն է քարոզարշավի մեկնարկի համար՝ նա պատասխանեց. «Ես կարծում եմ, Ավինյանը լրագրողների հարցերի ճնշման տակ է ինչ-որ կերպ գտել, թե ինչ դնի անունը իր՝ այնտեղ ներկա լինելու: ՀՀ բոլոր մտահոգ մարդիկ, քաղաքացիները, ես ինքս էլ եղել եմ այդ տարածքում, այնպես որ, կարծում եմ, որ ցանկացած մարդ այնտեղ կարող էր լինել։ Դրա համար չեմ կարծում, որ դա գովազդի որեւէ տարբերակ կարող էր լինել Տիգրան Ավինյանի կողմից: Ոչ մի կերպ արդարացնելու կարիք չկար, թե ինչու է այնտեղ եղել պարոն Ավինյանը»:
