Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 18-ին, մարտաֆիլմ հիշեցնող կրակոցներ են տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում: Այս մասին հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը:
Ժամը 21:40-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին և Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության 911 ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Էջմիածին քաղաքի Գնունյանց փողոցում ավտոմեքենաներ են բախվել:
Նշված վայրից 2 հոգու հրազենային վնասվածքներով Վաղարշապատի հիվանդանոցի շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենաներով տեղափոխել են «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Ոստիկանները նշված վայրում հայտնաբերել են մի քանի ավտոմեքենաներ, այդ թվում՝ «յաշիկ», որի վրա առկա են կրակոցի բազմաթիվ հետքեր:
Այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են քննիչներն ու փորձաքրեագետները ու մինչ նրանք դեպքի վայրում զննություն էին կատարում, Վաղարշապատի ոստիկանները ՝ բաժնի պետի և օպերգծով տեղակալի գլխավորությամբ, օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացել, որ «յաշիկի» վրա կրակոցներ են արձակել Էջմիածին քաղաքի Աբովյան փողոցում ու «յաշիկի» վարորդը վիրավոր վիճակում մեքենան վարել է դեպի հիվանդանոցի ուղղությամբ, որտեղ էլ տեղի է ունեցել վթարը:
Հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ վիրավորներից մեկը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է: Փաստի առթիվ քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են դեպքի հանգամանքները: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձին կամ անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Դեպքի վայրում «յաշիկի» մոտ հայտնաբերվել է նաև «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ, իսկ ավտոմեքենայի մեջ՝ արնանման հետքեր:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են նաև մահացածի, վիրավորի և վթարված ավտոմեքենաների վարորդների ինքնությունը: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ սպանվածի հայրը ոստիկանության նախկին աշխատակից է եղել:
