Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում՝ e-draft.am-ում, շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել մի նախագիծ, որով նախատեսվում է հայ-ադրբեջանական պետական սահմանին 3 անցակետ ստեղծել։ Առաջին անցակետը Սոթքի հատվածում է եւ, ենթադրաբար, կապելու է դեպի Վարդենիս գնացող ճանապարհը հայկական կողմի ջանքերով կառուցված Սոթք-Քարվաճառ ճանապարհի հետ, որն իր հերթին Ադրբեջանը թունելներով եւ նոր ճանապարհներով կկապի Գանձակի եւ Ադրբեջանի հյուսիս-արեւմտյան այլ շրջանների հետ։ Երկրորդ անցակետն Արարատի մարզում՝ Նախիջեւանի սահմանին է՝ Երասխ-Սադարակ հատվածում, երրորդ անցակետը Քարահունջ-«Էյվազլի» կոչված հատվածում է։
Ուշագրավ է, որ ոչինչ նշված չէ հարավում՝ Մեղրիի հատվածում անցակետի ստեղծման, ինչպես նաեւ հյուսիսում՝ Տավուշի մարզում անցակետ տեղադրելու մասին։ Նշվածներն այն հատվածներն են, որտեղ, ենթադրաբար, կարող է բացվել երկաթուղային հաղորդակցություն, այսինքն՝ առաջնահերթություն է տրվում ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհներին կամ, այլ կերպ ասած, Ադրբեջանի համար հարմար միջանցքների շահագործմանը, մինչդեռ խոսվում էր ընդհանուր կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակման մասին, որտեղ նաեւ Հայաստանին ձեռնտու ճանապարհներ կապաշրջափակվեն։
