Հայաստանին զրկում են ռազմական ուժից․ Չալաբյանը դեռ վաղուց էր զգուշացրել

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ազատազրկման վայրերից հոդվածների շարք էր գրել, ներկայացրել իր մոտեցումները Հայաստանի արդիականացման, ռազմականացման, հայահավաքի վերաբերյալ։
Գործող վարչախմբի՝ վերջին ամիսների գործունեությունն արմատականորեն հակադրվում է Չալաբյանի տեսլականին բոլոր այս հարցերում, և հենց այդտեղ է թաքնված «շան գլուխը», թե ինչու են Փաշինյանն ու իր սպասյակները հետապնդում Ավետիք Չալաբյանին։
Նախօրեին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերից իշխանությունները հավաքում են մարդկանց ձեռքին գտնվող զենքը՝ զրկելով նրանց ինքնապաշտպանվելու հնարավորությունից։ Իսկ Քաշաթաղի Աղավնո, Բերձոր և Սուս բնակավայրերն առաջիկա օրերին առանց դիմադրության և անվնաս հանձնելու են ադրբեջանցիներին։
Ըստ էության, փաշինյանական վարչակազմը զրկում է Հայաստանին և Արցախին զինվելու հնարավորությունից՝ «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» իր արատավոր քարոզով։ Մինչդեռ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը բոլորովին հակառակն է պնդում, ռազմականացման իր հայեցակարգում ներկայացնում զինվելու, ամրապնդվելու, պաշտպանվելու հնարավորություններով։
«Ռազմականացված պետության մեջ պետական և մասնավոր հատվածի բոլոր կառույցները պետք է հստակ ծրագրեր ունենան խաղաղ ժամանակ պաշտպանական կարողություններն ամրապնդելու և պատերազմական գործողություններում առաջադրանքներ կատարելու համար: Ցանկացած տնտեսական, սոցիալական կամ բնակելի օբյեկտ նաև ռազմական նշանակություն պետք է ունենա, և պատերազմի պարագայում պետք է ընդունակ լինի ծառայել երկրի պաշտպանության նպատակներին։ Երկրի բնակիչները փոքր տարիքից պետք է պատրաստվեն նրա պաշտպանությանը, դա վերաբերում է թե՛ նրանց ոգու դաստիարակությանը, թե՛ ֆիզիկական մարզմանը, թե՛ տեխնիկական գիտելիքներին, և ի վերջո՝ մարտական պատրաստությանը, որը բերում է նրան, որ ցանկացած պահի երկիրը կարող է իր տրամադրության տակ ունենալ մեծածավալ մարտական ռեսուրս»,- գրել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։
Նրան լսելու փոխարեն վարչախումբն ամեն ջանք գործադրում է հայ ժողովրդին պաշտպանվելու հնարավորությունից զրկելու, մարդկանց հոգեպես կոտրելու, ինքնապաշտպանության համար անհրաժեշտ տարրական զենքերը վերցնելով։
Խնդիրը միայն նյութական չէ, խնդիրն ավելի շուտ գաղափարական և հայեցակարգային է, խորքային առումով՝ հոգեբանական։ Եվ դա է պատճառը, որ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հետապնդում է իրենից արմատապես տարբեր ու կայուն գաղափարներ ունեցող մարդկանց։
