Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ֆիզիկոսները նանոկոմպոզիտ են ստեղծել սիլիցիումի արևային մարտկոցների արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու համար

3Dnews.ru-ն գրում է, որ «Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի «LETI» էլեկտրատեխնիկական համալսարանի և Ալֆերովի համալսարանի ֆիզիկոսները սինթեզել են բազմաշերտ նանո չափերի նյութ, որն ապագայում կարող է հիմք դառնալ բարձր արդյունավետությամբ արևային բջիջների համար», - ասվում է LETI կայքում հրապարակված մամուլի հաղորդագրությունում։ Նյութը մի քանի տոկոսով բարելավում է սիլիցիումային ֆոտոգալվանային բջիջների փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը, ինչը համարվում է զգալի առաջընթաց ֆոտոգալվանային սարքերի համար: Բայց նախատիպերը զանգվածային արտադրանքի վերածելը դեռ շուտ է:
«Մենք սինթեզեցինք միկրոբյուրեղային գալիումի ֆոսֆիդի (GaP) բազմաշերտ կառուցվածքներ սիլիցիումի ենթաշերտի վրա օգտագործելով ատոմային շերտի նստեցում, որպեսի ստանանք անհրաժեշտ կառուցվածք: Ստացված կոմպոզիտների բնութագրերը մեզ տալիս են մի քանի տոկոս արդյունավետություն էներգիայի փոխակերպման ունակության մեջ՝ համեմատած նմանատիպ այլ նյութերի հետ, և դա բավականին նշանակալի արդյունք է ֆոտոգալվանային սարքերի չափանիշներով», - ասել է Ֆոտոնիկայի ամբիոնի պրոֆեսոր Ալեքսանդր Սերգեևիչը:
Քիմիական տարրերը աստիճանաբար տեղադրվում են սիլիցիումային ենթաշերտի վրա էպիտաքսիալ աճի պայմաններում կամ, ավելի պարզ, կանոնավոր կերպով: Սկզբում սիլիցիումի յուրաքանչյուր ատոմին կցվում է գալիումի ատոմ, իսկ հաջորդ փուլում ֆոսֆորի ատոմ։ Գալիումի ֆոսֆիդային շերտերը 10–20 նմ հաստությամբ փոխարինվում են շատ բարակ սիլիցիումային շերտերով (3–5 նմ)։ Ստացված նյութի հետագա համապարփակ վերլուծությունը հաստատել է դրա ուշագրավ հատկությունները: Ինքը՝ սիլիցիումը գրեթե սպառել է արևային ֆոտոպանելների բաղադրության արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու հնարավորությունները։ Այդ առաջացած պատնեշը կարող է հետ մղվել միայն ֆոտոզգայուն այլ նյութերի տարբեր մոդիֆիկացիաների օգնությամբ, ինչը աստիճանաբար ֆոտոգալվանային մարտկոցը դարձնում է ավելի ու ավելի լավը:
