ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են վարութային և քննչական գործողություններ՝ Իջևան համայնքի Երևանյան փողոցում գործող գիշերային ակումբներից մեկում նույն մարզի երկու բնակչի առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Հիշյալ դեպքի վերաբերյալ հաղորդումը ստացվել է 2022թ. օգոստոսի 21-ին՝ ժամը 06:40-ին, «Իջևան ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ-ից և տեղեկացվել, որ «ձախ թուլակողի ծակած-կտրած թափանցվող վերք» և «աջ աճուկային շրջանի կտրած-ծակած չթափանցող արյունահոսող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել  նույն մարզի 1987 և  1991թթ. ծնված երկու բնակիչ:

Դեպքի առթիվ նախառեձնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով և 171-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով: Նույն օրը որոշում է կայացվել քրեական վարույթով քննչական խումբ կազմելու մասին։

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում հիշյալ երկու տղամարդիկ տուժող են ճանաչվել և հարցաքննվել: Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին տուժողների հագին եղած հագուստները։

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական և դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ։

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով նույն մարզի ՝ 1989թ. ծնված բնակիչ է:

Հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա՝ վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
