«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացվել նախագիծ, որով առաջարկվում է փոփոխություն կատարել Կառավարության 2022 թ. հունիսի 30-ի N 985-ն որոշման մեջ, որը վերաբերում է «Փարիզ 2024» օլիմպիական խաղերին նախապատրաստվելու և վարկանիշային մրցաշարերին մասնակցելու նպատակով օլիմպիական խաղերի, աշխարհի և Եվրոպայի առաջնությունների հաղթողներին, մրցանակակիրներին, ինչպես նաև օլիմպիական խաղերում, աշխարհի առաջնություններում 4-8-րդ տեղերը գրաված մարզիկներին և օլիմպիական խաղերի ծրագրում ընդգրկված մարզաձևերի ՀՀ հավաքական թիմերի մարզիչներին, բժիշկներին ու մերսողներին սպորտային նպաստ սահմանելու կարգին։ Այս որոշումը տարածվում է 2022 թ.-ի հունիսի 1-ից ծագած (ծագող) հարաբերությունների վրա:

Այսպիսով` սպորտային նպաստի շահառու են օլիմպիական խաղերի ծրագրում ընդգրկված մարզաձևերի ՀՀ հավաքականների անդամ հանդիսացող այն մարզիկները, ովքեր 2021 թ.-ի օլիմպիական խաղերում, 2021 կամ 2022 կամ 2023 թթ. աշխարհի կամ Եվրոպայի մեծահասակների առաջնություններում գրավել են մրցանակային տեղեր, ձեռք են բերել 2024 թ.-ի Փարիզի 33-րդ ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերի մասնակցության վարկանիշ, երիտասարդների աշխարհի կամ Եվրոպայի 2021 կամ 2022 կամ 2023 թթ. առաջնություններում գրավել են մրցանակային տեղեր, Օլիմպիական խաղերում կամ աշխարհի մեծահասակների առաջնություններում 2021 կամ 2022 կամ 2023 թթ. գրավել են 4-8-րդ տեղերը:

Սակայն 2021 թ.-ից շահառու հանդիսացող մարզիկները, որոնք աշխարհի և Եվրոպայի մեծահասակների և երիտասարդների առաջնություններում զբաղեցրել են մրցանակային տեղեր, ինչպես նաև օլիմպիական խաղերում, աշխարհի մեծահասակների առաջնություններում 4-8-րդ տեղեր, սակայն այս կետում նշված արդյունքները չեն գրանցի 2022 թ.-ին, 2023 թ.-ին չեն ընդգրկվի շահառուների ցանկում: Սպորտային նպաստի շահառուներ կարող են հանդիսանալ օլիմպիական խաղերի ծրագրում ընդգրկված մարզաձևերի ՀՀ մեծահասակների հավաքականներին Փարիզի 33-րդ ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերին նախապատրաստող այդ հավաքականների գլխավոր, երկրորդ և անձնական մարզիչները, եթե նրանց սաները 2021 կամ 2022 կամ 2023 թթ. աշխարհի կամ Եվրոպայի առաջնություններում գրավել են մրցանակային տեղեր, ինչպես նաև հավաքականի բժիշկը և մերսողը:

Գրեթե նույն սկզբունքը գործում է նաև օլիմպիական խաղերի ծրագրում ընդգրկված մարզաձևերի ՀՀ երիտասարդների և պատանիների հավաքականների մարզիչների դեպքում, կան որոշակի տարբերություններ: Շահառուներին սպորտային ամսական նպաստ կտրամադրվի 2022 թ.-ից մինչև օլիմպիական խաղերի ավարտը, ընդ որում մարզիկներին` իրենց մեկ լավագույն արդյունքի համար, իսկ մարզիչներին (գլխավոր, ավագ և երկրորդ) ֆեդերացիաներում իրենց զբաղեցրած մեկ պաշտոնի համար, անձնական մարզչին՝ մարզիկի կատարած մեկ լավագույն նվաճման համար: Նախագծում նշված են նպաստի չափերը` ըստ հավաքականների և նվաճումների:
