Ուրբաթ օրը նռնակով Մասիսի համայնքապետարան ներխուժած, ապա, ըստ ոստիկանության, ինքնասպանություն գործած Էդուարդ Մարգարյանը, ըստ Մասիսում շրջանառվող լուրերի, եղել է համայնքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի երբեմնի դաշնակիցը՝ Մասիսի ավագանու անդամ էր 2016-2021 թթ․:
Ավելին, պատմեցին, որ քաղաքապետի եղբայրը` Գոռ Համբարձումյանը, Է․ Մարգարյանի՝ Լոշտ Էդոյի միջոցով բազում «գործեր» է արել, եւ արդյունքում փողի պարտք-պահանջի խնդիր է առաջացել նրանց միջեւ։ Նա տեւական ժամանակ քաղաքապետի հետ հանդիպում է պահանջել, փորձել է նրանից ստանալ իր «ստանալիքը» եւ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, դեպքի օրն էլ ժամադրություն է փորձել պլանավորել, բայց Դավիթ Համբարձումյանը մերժել է, որից հետո Էդոն վերցրել է զենք-զինամթերքն ու գնացել քաղաքապետարան։
Պատմում են՝ վերջին շրջանում նա որոշ տարօրինակություն էր դրսեւորել, թերեւս պայմանավորված խմիչքի չարաշահմամբ։ Ի դեպ, չնայած դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել ուրբաթ օրը, բայց մինչեւ երեկ դեռ դին դիահերձարանից տուն չէին տարել, քանի որ հարազատները պահանջել են, որ դատաբժշկական եզրակացության մեջ հանգուցյալի մարմնի վրա առկա բոլոր վնասվածքները նշվեն։ Ասում են` ամիսներ առաջ նրա ուսին են կրակել, հետո գործը ծածկադմփոց արել, եւ հայրը պահանջում է, որ դա ֆիքսեն։ Դեպքից րոպեներ հետո Դավիթ Համբարձումյանը գրառում արեց. «Տեղեկանալով մեր համայնքապետարանում տեղի ունեցող միջադեպի մասին, շտապ վերադարձել եմ արձակուրդից եւ այժմ աշխատանքային գործընթացի մեջ եմ»:
Մասիսում կարծում են, որ այս պատմությունը շարունակություն է ունենալու` հանգուցյալի ավագ եղբայրը բավականին տաքարյուն երիտասարդ է, եւ հայտնի չէ, թե ինչպես կպահի իրեն եղբոր մահից հետո։
