1990 թ.-ի օգոստոսի 23-ին Գերագույն Խորհրդի կողմից ընդունվեց Հայաստանի Խորհրդային Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության անկախ պետության հաստատման գործընթացի մեկնարկի հռչակագիրը: Սկսվեց հայ ազգի վերելքը: Միաբան էինք, գիտեինք մեր ու մեր Հայրենիքի արժեքը, ակնածանքով էինք վերաբերվում մեր ազգային արժեքներին, ուստի կարողացանք ունենալ անկախ Հայաստան ու ազատագրված Արցախ: 32 տարի անց Հայը կորցնում է իր դեմքը...ոչ իր կամքով...Երկու ապիկար չհայ ղեկավարների չդողացող ձեռքով կորցնում ենք Արցախի Հանրապետությունը, վտանգում՝ Մայր Հայաստանի անկախությունն ու պետականությունը... Մեզ թուլացրել են, քանզի պառակտել են:
Դեռ կարող ենք, պիտի վերջ տանք պառակտմանը ու պիտի փրկվենք, պիտի համախմբվենք Հանուն Արցախի Պաշտպանության գաղափարի շուրջ և դրանով իսկ տապալենք Հային դավաճանած երկու հայկական պետությունների ղեկավարների ազգակործան ծրագրերը: ՄԵՆՔ ԿԱՐՈՂ ԵՆՔ...»։
