«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Մեր համայնքապետարանում օրերս տեղի ունեցավ ողբերգական իրադարձություն, որի մանրամասներն այս պահին գտնվում են իրավապահ մարմինների քննության ներքո:

Առ այս պահն առիթ չեմ ունեցել իրավապահների աշխատանքի պրոֆեսիոնալության նկատմամբ կասկած հայտնելու, սակայն նույնը չեմ կարող ասել որոշ ԶԼՄ-ների մասին:

Ցանկանում եմ արձանագրել, որ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանը որդեգրել է ցածր և զազրելի գործելաոճ՝ ըստ իր քաղաքական նախասիրությունների փորձելով շահարկել մարդու արյունը, մահվան հանգամանքները և հարազատների վիշտը:

Գործելաոճի ստորությունն այն է, որ լրատվամիջոցը փորձում է վշտի մեջ գտնվող և իրենց հարազատի մահվան հանգամանքներին բացարձակապես անտեղյակ ընտանիքի անդամներից կորզել ենթադրություններ և տիրաժավորել այդ ենթադրությունները՝ փորձելով հերթական անգամ վարկաբեկել իրենց քաղաքականապես անհնազանդ գործիչներին, տվյալ դեպքում՝ ինձ:

Ցավում եմ, որ իրեն լրատվական համարող կառույցը, քաղաքական դրդապատճառներից ելնելով, ունակ է ստորաբար շահարկել մարդու մահվան հանգամանքները: Սա անընդունելի է ու դուրս է թե լրագրողական և թե մարդկային էթիկայի նորմերից:

Նշեմ, որ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի անընդունելի գործելաոճի վերաբերյալ պատրաստվում եմ նամակ ուղարկել Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատուն և ԱՄՆ կառավարությանը, որպեսզի ամերիկյան հարկատուները ևս տեղյակ լինեն իրենց հարկերից ֆինանսավորվող կառույցի ցածրակարգ աշխատաոճի մասին:
