Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն հարցազրույց է տվել թուրքական «Haber Global» լրատվամիջոցին։ Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի՝ անդրադարձել է նաև հայկական թեմային։

Նա նախ հիշեցրել է, որ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման բանագնացներ հանդիսացող Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն 4 անգամ հանդիպել են։ Նպատակը երկու երկրների միջև աստիճանաբար հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն է:

«Ադրբեջանի հաղթանակից հետո մենք նպատակ դրեցինք Հարավային Կովկասում մնայուն խաղաղություն հաստատել և այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում: Եղել են հանդիպումներ, վստահությունը մեծացնող այնպիսի քայլեր են արվել, ինչպիսիք են թռիչքների մեկնարկը, մեր օդային տարածքը բացելը, որոշ քայլեր են արվել առևտրի հետ կապված: Սահմանին համատեղ գործնական աշխատանքներ են տարվում՝ նպատակով, որ եթե ապագայում սահմանները բացվելու որոշում լինի, ապա դրանք պատրաստ լինեն»,- պատմել է Չավուշօղլուն։

Կարգավորման այդ գործընացը, սակայն, Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը հայ-ադրբեջանական թեմայից անջատ դիտարկելն իրատեսական չի համարում: Ինչու՞, որովհետև նրա համոզմամբ՝ Հարավային Կովկասում տևական խաղաղությունն իրականում կարող է հաստատվել ՀՀ-ի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրվելիք համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագրով, որին էլ Անկարան աջակցում է:

«Մեկ էլ գիտեք Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը կա,- դժգոհել է Չավուշօղլուն,-սա ասելիս Հայաստանն անհանգստանում է: Եղբա՛յր, սրանք ձեր ստորագրած պայմանագրերում կան՝ եռակողմ պայմանագրի մեջ, որի մաս է նաև Ռուսաստանը: Դու այն ասա՝ իրականում տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն ուզու՞մ ես, թե՝ ոչ»:

Շարունակելով իր դժգոհությունը թուրք նախարարը նշել է, որ պայմանագրի համաձայն ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի՝ Լաչինի միջանցք մուտք գործելուց հետո Հայաստանի ուժերը պիտի ամբողջովին դուրս գային այնտեղից, բայց այնտեղ դեռ հայ զինվորներ կան:

Չավուշօղլուն նախորդ անգամվա պես կրկին շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանն այս ամենից պետք է դաս քաղի:

«Ադրբեջանն իր հողերում պետք է ամբողջապես հաստատի իր տիրապետությունը, այդ տարածքներում ապրող հայերին, էլ ասում է՝ համեցեք, եկեք, վերադարձեք, ձեր բոլոր իրավունքներն իրացրեք։ Ադրբեջանը համապարփակ խաղաղության պայմանագիր է առաջարկել: Էլ ի՞նչ կարող է անել: Հայաստանն էլ ինչ-որ բաների հետևում թող չթաքնվի (նկատի ունի՝ պատրվակներ չբերի)՝ ասելով. «Սփյուռքը մեր վրա ճնշումներ է գործադրում, երկրի ներսում ծայրահեղականներ կան»:

Թուրք նախարարի դիտարկմամբ՝ իրականում հայկական սփյուռքի փոքրամասնությունն է ընդիմանում հարաբերությունները կարգավորմանը։

«Եկե՛ք Հարավային Կովկասը համագործակցության և խաղաղության տարածաշրջան դարձնենք: Թող բոլորը շահեն, ամենաշատն էլ Հայաստանը թող շահի»,- կոչով եզրափակել է իր ասելիքը Չավուշօղլուն։
