Ռուսաստանն իրականացրեց հերթական ցեղասպան ակտը Հայաստանի դեմ։ Հիմա արդեն՝ իր դեմքով եւ ուղիղ։ Օգոստոսի 5-ին Պուտին-Էրդողան նոր պակտով արագացվում է հայկական պետականության վերացման ծրագիրը։ Նույն օրերին ՌԴ-ն փոխեց իր բացառիկ իրավասության տակ գտնվող Բերձորի միջանցքի ռեժիմը, հայերին փոխանցեց տեղահանության եւ զինաթափման պահաջը եւ սկսեց իրագործել արտատարածքային ճանապարհներով Հայաստանի տարածքի վերաձեւման փուլը, որը հանգեցնելու է որոշ շրջանների նկատմամբ ՀՀ իրավասության սահմանափակմանը եւ օտարմանը։
Բոլոր այս պահանջներն անօրինական են եւ հակասում են նույնիսկ եռակողմ հայտարարություններին։ Դրանք իհարկե եռակողմ են ձեւականորեն, քանի որ ուղղված են Հայաստանի դեմ պլանների իրագործմանը։ Այսինքն, փախստականների վերադարձը, հաղորդակցությունների բացումը եւ այլ կետերը հայերին չեն վերաբերում։ Գերիների մասին կետը՝ ցցուն վկայություն։ Ուկրաինա ներխուժումից առաջ ստորագրված Պուտին-Ալիեւ ռազմավարական գործակցության հռչակագրով Մոսկվան ու Բաքուն պաշտոնապես արձանագրեցին այս իրողությունը, հրաժարվելով թեկուզ ձեւական պարտավորություններից։
Դրանից հետո Բաքուն իր բոլոր քայլերը հիմնավորում է այդ հռչակագրի դրույթներով, ՌԴ գործողությունները եւ վերջնագրերը նույնպես բխում են այդ հռչակագրից, այդ թվում՝ Բերձորի վերջին իրադարձությունները։ Երեւանի ու Ստեփանակերտի վարչակարգերի եւ ռուսանպաստ «ընդդիմությունների» շարունակվող ողորմելի պահվածքի ու արձագանքների պայմաններում։
