Ավարտվել է մոնումենտալ արվեստի հուշարձանների տարհանումը Բերձոր, Աղանո և Ներքին Սուս համայնքներից:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Արցախի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի փոխնախարար Լեռնիկ Հովհաննիսյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ երեք բնակավայրերից դուրս է բերվել մոտ 46 մոնումենտալ արվեստի հուշարձան, ինչպես նաև Բերձորի քաղաքային գրադարանի գրքային ֆոնդը, որոնք տեղափոխվել են նախատեսված վայր:
«Տարհանվել են խաչքարեր, հուշարձաններ, հուշաքարեր, որոնք նվիրված են ազգային հերոսներին, Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը, հիշարժան տարբեր իրադարձությունների»,-մանրամասնեց փոխնախարարը՝ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ իրենց տեղերում մնալու դեպքում այդ հուշարձաններն ադրբեջանցիների կողմից կենթարկվեին վանդալիզմի:
«Տեղափոխված կոթողների տեղակայման ուղղությամբ այժմ մի քանի տարբերակներ ենք քննարկում: Համապատասխան առաջարկներ են ներկայացրել Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու Արցախի թեմը, Արցախի պետական համալսարանը, անհատներ: Մասնավորապես՝ ՀԱԵ Արցախի թեմի կողմից առաջարկվել է Ստեփանակերտի Սուրբ Աստվածամոր Հովանու մայր տաճարի տարածքում համապատասխան պուրակ ստեղծել, որտեղ կտեղադրվեն տարհանված խաչքարերն ու հուշակոթողները: Ներքին Սուսի Հերոսների պուրակի հովանավորն էլ ցանկություն է հայտնել, որպեսզի այն վերականգնվի Ստեփանակերտում կամ Մարտակերտում»,-հավելեց Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ բոլոր տարբերակները կքննարկվեն սեղմ ժամկետներում և խնդրին լուծում կտրվի:
Տարհանված կոթողների թվում առանձնակի արժեք է ներկայացնում նաև Աղավնոյի Սուրբ Նահատակաց եկեղեցուց տեղափոխված խաչքարը, որը թվագրվում է 11-12-րդ դարերով:
Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ խաչքարը կտրամադրվի Արցախի պետական պատմաերկրագիտական թանգարանին:
Օգոստոսի սկզբին հայտարարվեց, որ Արցախի Բերձոր քաղաքի և Աղավնո գյուղի բնակիչներին իրենց բնակավայրերը լքելու համար ժամանակ է տրվում մինչև 2022 թ. օգոստոսի 25-ը, քանի որ Ադրբեջանն ավարտել էր Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող նոր միջանցքի իր հատվածի շինարարությունը և միջանցքը նոր երթուղի տեղափոխելու պահանջ էր ներկայացրել:
Օգոստոսի 17-ին «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում Երևանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության խորհրդական-դեսպանորդ Մաքսիմ Սելեզնյովը հայտարարել էր, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները ոչ մի սանտիմետր չեն տեղաշարժվի Լաչինի գործող միջանցքից, քանի դեռ նոր ճանապարհը չի շահագործվել։
Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանական 5 խմբակցությունների ղեկավարներն օգոստոսի 23-ին հանդիպել են ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ղեկավարության հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատուների կողմից տրվել են պարզաբանումներ։ Մասնավորապես հղում կատարելով 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը՝ նշվել է, որ նոր երթուղին ունենալու է նույն միջանցքի իրավական կարգավիճակը, և պահպանվելու են բոլոր անվտանգային բաղադրիչները՝ սկսած 5 կմ-ոց անվտանգային գոտուց մինչև ՌԴ խաղաղապահ ուժերի անցակետերի տեղակայում։
