Տարբեր ԶԼՄ-ների ակնարկները անհիմն են ու անտեղի. հորդորում եմ զերծ մնալ փաստազուրկ ակնարկներից

ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Բագրատ Բադալյանը, Radar Armenia-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան, անդրադարձել է մամուլում արվող հրապարակումներին։ Այն ստորև ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ.
«Վերջին շրջանում տարբեր ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից պարբերաբար արվող հրապարակումներում հոլովվում է իմ անունը՝ տրամադրելով ոչ ամբողջական, խեղաթյուրված ու մանիպուլացված տվյալներ և փորձելով իմ անվան հետ կապված քաղաքական շահարկումներ կատարել։ Այդ կապակցությամբ, հարկ եմ համարում նշել հետևյալը.
Երբևէ չեմ թաքցրել, ավելին՝ բացեիբաց հայտարարագրել եմ շահարկվող գումարը, որը ստացել եմ որպես ժառանգություն իմ հայրիկից՝ 2020 թվականին։ Հատուկ ուզում եմ արձանագրել, որ հայրս երբևէ որևէ պաշտոն չի զբաղեցրել և զբաղվել է բացառապես ձեռնարկատիրական մասնագիտական գործունեությամբ։
Շահարկվող տունը ձեռք եմ բերել այդ միջոցների հաշվին, ինչը հեշտությամբ և առանց հավելյալ մասնագիտական գիտելիքների ու ունակությունների կարելի է տեսնել երկու տարիների՝ 2020 և 2021 թվականներին իմ ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերի պարզ համեմատությամբ։
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ինձ պատկանող ընկերությունների բաժնեմասերին, որոնք հիմնադրվել են 1995 և 2002 թվականներին, ապա դրանք օրենքով սահմանված կարգով հանձնված են հավատարմագրային կառավարման։
Դեռևս 2018 թվականին, երբ նշանակվեցի ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի տեղակալ, համապատասխան գրությամբ պաշտոնապես դիմել եմ ՀՀ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովին և ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ տեղեկացրել մեր ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերությունների մասին։
Ուշադրություն եմ հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ վերոնշյալ և այնուհետև ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոններում աշխատելուս ընթացքում մեր ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերությունները այդ նախարարությունների կողմից հայտարարված որևէ մրցույթի չեն մասնակցել. մրցույթներին մասնակցությունը վերսկսվել է միայն այդ պաշտոնից իմ ազատվելուց հետո։
Հետևաբար, տարբեր ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից այս առիթներով արվող ակնարկները համարում եմ անհիմն ու անտեղի և հորդորում եմ հրապարակումներում պահպանել էթիկան՝ զերծ մնալով իմ անվան շուրջ փաստազուրկ ակնարկներից»։
