Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 25-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Լոռո մարզում: Ժամը 19:20–ի սահմաններում Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի Մ-6 ավտոճանապարհի 24-րդ կմ հատվածում բախվել են Man բեռնատարն ու Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել է, 2 հոգի ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել են «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն: Ճանապարհին վիրավորներից մեկը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է:
Բախման հետևանքով Mercedes-ը բախվել է ճանապարհին տեղադրված բետոնե հենապատերին, որից երկուսը կոտրվել են ու Mercedes-ը մոտ 4 մետր բարձրությունից ընկել և կողաշրջված վիճակում հայտնվել է Դեբեդ գետի ափին՝ բախվելով ծառին: Օպերատիվորեն դեպք վայր է ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչության թիվ 38 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ: Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարեն Բեժանյանն ու նույն գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արման Սուքիասյանը:
Ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահի գխավորությամբ: Վթարի մասին պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետի և ավագ քնննիչ Արշակ Ադամյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի փաստով Լոռու մարզի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Մինչ դեպքի վայրի զննություն էր կատարում քննչական խումբը, «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ վիրավորը, գիտակցության չգալով, նույնպես մահացել է: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական վարչությունը պարզում են վարորդների, մահացածների ինքնությունը:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ մահացածներից մեկը 18-ամյա Նարե Մաթևոսյանն է, մեկը 15-ամյա Միլենա Պարտիկյանն է և 20-ամյա Արգիշտի Մանուկյանը, իսկ Man-ի վարորդը՝ 58-ամյա Դավիթ Օմիլաշվիլին է:
անուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
