ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ամանորյա ուղերձ է հղել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն իր ուղերձում նշել է.
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Մենք հրաժեշտ ենք տալիս 2015 թվականին: Ժամեր անց այն պատմություն կդառնա: Գալիք՝ 2016 թվականը հոբելյանական տարի է հայ ժողովրդի համար: Մենք հանդիսավորությամբ նշելու ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակման քսանհինգերորդ տարեդարձը: Այն խորհրդանշում ու ամփոփում է մեր ժողովրդի դարավոր իղձերը և թանկ է բոլորիս համար: Վստահ եմ՝ մեր միասնականությամբ ու հավաքական ուժի շնորհիվ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ՝ մենք շարունակելու ենք հանդուրժողականության և փոխվստահության մթնոլորտում համատե ղ քայլերով շարժվել առաջ, կառուցել բարեկեցիկ և ապահով Հայաստան՝ հանուն մեր պետականության ամրապնդման և անկախության հարատևման:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ 2015 թվականն աշխարհաքաղաքական և տնտեսական բարդ իրավիճակներով ու զարգացումներով լեցուն տարի էր: Հայաստանը ևս անմասն չմնաց արտաքին մարտահրավերների բացասական ազդեցությունից: Ի հեճուկս ոչ լավատեսական կանխատեսումների՝ ռեսուրսների և ջանքերի կենտրոնացման, կառավարության վստահ և հաշվարկված քայլերի արդյունքում մենք կարողացանք դիմակայել դժվարություններին և ապահովել տնտեսական աճ:
2016 թվականին կառավարությունը շարունակելու է հետևողական ջանքեր գործադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու կյանքի որակի և պայմանների բարելավման ուղղությամբ: Համոզված եմ, որ մեր երկիրը՝ կառավարության նպատակային և հստակ գործողությունների շնորհիվ մրցունակ տնտեսությամբ շարունակելու է հաստատուն կերպով առաջ ընթանալ` դեպի ավելի հզոր և ժողովրդավարական Հայաստան:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Մենք մուտք ենք գործում 2016 թվական՝ նոր հաջողություններ արձանագրելու հաստատակամությամբ: Նոր տարում խաղաղություն եմ մաղթում մեր ժողովրդին: Ձեզ ու ձեր ընտանիքներին ցանկանում եմ երջանկություն, քաջառողջություն և սեր: Թո՛ղ յուրաքանչյուրիս ընտանիքում և մեր սիրելի հայրենիքում միշտ միասնություն ու կայունություն լինի: Բոլորս միասին զարգացնենք ու հզորացնենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, շենացնենք ու կենսունակ պահենք մեր երկիրը: Առանձնահատուկ ուզում եմ շնորհավորել մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպաններին, անձնազոհությամբ ու նվիրումով մեր երկրի սÕ �հմանները անառիկ պահող զինվորներին ու սպաներին: Աստված ձեզ, մեզ, բոլորիս պահապան:
