Արզական գյուղի տներից մեկում այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 27-ին, սպանված Սեդա Պետրոսյանը երկու մանկահասակ երեխաների մայր էր:  NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արզականի  Բժշկական Ամբուլատորիայի տնօրեն Արմենուհի Բաբաջանյանը պատմեց, որ Սեդա Պետրոսյանը երկու աղջիկ երեխա ուներ, որոնցից մեկը մանկապարտեզ էր հաճախում, իսկ մյուսը նոր պետք է հաճախեր:

«Գյուղը շոկի մեջ է: Մի քանի օր առաջ Սեդան փոքրիկ աղջկա հետ եկել էր այստեղ, թղթերն էին պատրաստում, որ երեխան հաճախի մանկապարտեզ: Միշտ ամուսինն էլ, ինքն էլ այստեղ գալիս-գնում էին: Երբենք չենք լսել, որ իրենք վիճող ընտանիք լինեին, վատ բան իրենցից չենք լսել: Ողբերգության մասին առավոտյան ենք իմացել: Թե ի՞նչ է եղել պատճառը, ոչ ոք չգիտի»,- ասաց նա:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ այսօր՝ օգստոսի 27-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 05։10-ի սահմաններում «Չարենցավան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «պարանոցի և որովայնի բազմակի ծակած-կտրած վերքեր, հեմոռագիկ շոկ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի, իսկ կարճ ժամանակ անց «աջ նախաբազկի վերին երրորդի ծակած-կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մեկ այլ քաղաքացի։Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորները Կոտայքի մարզի Արզական գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 57-ամյա Ավետիք Ա-ն է և 53-ամյա Անահիտ Ա-ն։ Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ նույն օրը, ժամը 03։30-ի սահմաններում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 46-ամյա Զորիկ Մ-ն մտել է վիրավորների ննջասենյակ և անհայտ պատճառներով ծեծի ենթարկել Ավետիք Ա-ին և Անահիտ Ա-ին, դանակով հարվածել աջ արմնկային հատվածին, ապա դանակի մի քանի հարվածներ հասցրել Ավետիք Ա-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին։

Նշված հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու և Զորիկ Մ-ին հայտնաբերելու նպատակով ոստիկանները, ապա՝ նրանց միացած Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները Զորիկ Մ-ի եղբոր հետ այցելում են նրա բնակության հասցե, որտեղ ննջասենյակում առկա մահճակալի վրա հայտնաբերվել է պարանոցը մասամբ կտրած կնոջ դի։

Դեպքի փաստով սպանության և սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներով Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել։
