Հարց - Վերջերս Ադրբեջանում հավատարմագրված օտարերկրյա պետությունների դիվանագետների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ Շուշիում տեղի է ունեցել համաժողով: Ի՞նչ մեկնաբանություն ունեք այս առումով:
Պատասխան - Վերահաստատում ենք մեր դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ միակողմանի այցերի անընդունելիության վերաբերյալ: Համոզված ենք, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությունը պետք է ներգրավված լինի միջազգային համագործակցության և աջակցության ծրագրերում:

Օգոստոսի 27-ին Շուշիում կայացած խորհրդաժողովի ընթացքում, որին մասնակցել էին Ադրբեջանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների անդամներ, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանում Ֆրանսիայի և Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպաններն անտեսել են Շուշի այցելելու Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հրավերը: Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնականը Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի այդ քայլը որակել էր որպես «անհարգալից վերաբերմունք Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ»՝ հավելելով, որ ամերիկյան և ֆրանսիական կողմերի կարծիքով հակամարտությունը դեռ ավարտված չէ։
