ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն` 6 տարին չլրացածներին դպրոց տանելու մասին

Համաձայն «Հանրակրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 16-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի՝ ուսումնական հաստատության առաջին դասարան ընդունվում են այն երեխաները, որոնց 6 տարեկանը լրացել կամ լրանում է տվյալ օրացուցային տարվա դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ:
Iravaban.net-ին Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունից հայտնում են․ «Ավելի փոքր տարիքի երեխաների ընդունելությունը ուսումնական հաստատություն արգելվում է»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ առաջին դասարան հաճախող երեխաների համար առցանց հայտագրումը պարտադիր է այն պետական հանրակրթական դպրոցների համար, որոնք տվյալ բնակավայրում միակը չեն։ Առցանց հայտագրման գործընթացը 3 փուլով կիրականացվի ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության «Կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոնի» կողմից` «Սովորողներին դպրոց հայտագրելու էլեկտրոնային համակարգի» միջոցով:
Առաջին փուլ
Հունիսի 21-ից հայտագրումը բաց կլինի արտոնություններ ունեցող քաղաքացիների համար։ Որպես առաջնահերթություն դիտարկվում է նույն դպրոցում հայտագրվող երեխայի քրոջ կամ եղբոր սովորելու, ինչպես նաև ծնողի աշխատելու հանգամանքը։ Այս փուլով հայտագրումը կիրականացվի 14 օրվա ընթացքում։
Երկրորդ փուլ
Հուլիսի 6-ից առաջին դասարանցիների հայտագրման գործընթացը կիրականացվի ընդհանուր հիմունքներով՝ հայերենով ուսուցում իրականացնող հանրակրթական պետական հաստատություններ դիմող բոլոր առաջին դասարանցիների համար։
Երրորդ փուլ
Հուլիսի 12-ից հայտագրում կիրականացվի նաև օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների, երկքաղաքացիների, քաղաքացիություն չունեցողների, ինչպես նաև ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչների երեխաների համար՝ իրենց ընտրությամբ ռուսերենով ուսուցմամբ դասարաններում։ Այս կարգավորումը տարածվում է նաև այն երեխաների վրա, որոնց ծնողներից մեկը ՀՀ քաղաքացի է, մյուսը` ոչ:
Հայտագրումը կշարունակվի ողջ ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում
Երկյակ, եռյակ, քառյակ և ավելի երեխաներից առնվազն մեկի հայտագրումը որևէ հանրակրթական դպրոցում հիմք է նույն հաստատություն մյուս երեխաների ընդունելության համար՝ անկախ լիցենզիայով տրված տեղերի քանակից։
Նախապես ստուգել երեխայի և ծնողի տվյալների ճշտությունը
Որպես հայտարագրման նախապատրաստական կարևոր քայլ՝ նախ պետք է ստուգել երեխայի տվյալների ամբողջականությունը։ Այս նպատակով երեխայի և ծնողի հանրային ծառայության համարանիշները պետք է մուտքագրել stugum.emis.am համակարգ և հավաստիանալ երեխայի անձնական տվյալների առկայության ու ճշգրտության հարցում։ Այս քայլն անհրաժեշտ է բուն հայտագրման գործընթացի ժամանակ հնարավոր խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար։
