Հայաստանի ամենամեծ հարստությունը իր բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողներն են, գործարարները, մարդիկ, ովքեր հանրային բարիք են ստեղծում և ապահովում պետական եկամուտները, հարկային մուտքերը, ինչպես նաև մեծաթիվ աշխատատեղեր են ստեղծում, որտեղ մեր հանրության աշխատասեր հատվածը կարողանում է աշխատել և պահել իր ընտանիքը։
Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների մեջ բազմաթիվ են ընկերությունները, որոնք ստեղծվել են զրոյից, մեկ կամ երկու անձանց համառության, տքնաջան աշխատանքի շնորհիվ։
«Ռեդի-Սթեդի» անվանումը շատերին ոչինչ չի ասի, սակայն այդ ընկերության ապրանքանիշը գրեթե բոլորին է հայտնի։
«Արտլանչ» ընկերությունը այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում պետական բյուջե է վճարել 769 միլիոն դրամից ավելի գումար։ Նախորդ տարի գրեթե նույնքան՝ 791 միլիոն դրամ էր վճարել ընկերությունը։
«Արտլանչ»-ն այն եզակի ընկերություններից է, որն աշխատում է ոչ միայն հանրային ոլորտում՝ սննդամթերք ապահովելով թե՛ պետական կառույցներին, հաստատություններին, շարքային քաղաքացիներին, այլ նաև աշխատում է Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի հետ՝ զգալիորեն բարձրացնելով զինվորին հատկացվող կերակրի որակը։
Չկա մի զորամաս, որտեղ «Արտլանչ»-ը սպասարկում է իրականացնում, և զինվորները դժգոհ են սննդի որակից, ընդհակառակը՝ հաշվի առնելով տասնամյակներ շարունակ Հայաստանի զինվորներին մատակարարվող հացի որակը, կարելի է այժմ ասել, որ զինվորին անհամեմատ ավելի լավ է կերակրում, քան նույնիսկ նրանց սեփական տանը։
«Արտլանչ» ընկերությունը նաև աշխատում է մի քանի այլ ուղղություններով՝ այդ թվում հյուրանոցային, հյուրատնային բիզնեսի ոլորտում, քաթերինգի ոլորտում, և ընկերությունը ահռելի հարկային եկամուտներ է ապահովել պետական բյուջեի համար։ Այս առումով էական նշանակություն ունի պետության առանձնահատուկ ուշադրությունը նման ընկերությունների նկատմամբ, որպեսզի պաշտպանվեն ոչ միայն «Արտլանչ»-ի և մյուս նմանատիպ ընկերությունների բիզնես շահերը, այլ նաև գործարար համբավը։
Կարծում ենք, որ ժամանակն է Հայաստանում օրենսդրական կարգավորումներով առանձնահատուկ կարգավիճակ տան բարեխիղճ ընկերություններին, նրանց մասին կեղծ տեղեկություններ տարածողներին հրապարակավ պատժեն, որպեսզի այլևս երբեք որևէ մեկը տան բազմոցին պառկած, կամ համակարգչի առջևից չհամարձակվի անվանարկել իսկապես աշխատող և բարիք ստեղծող ընկերություններին։
