«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես ցույց է տալիս ժամանակը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանավարման տարիներին ընդունված օրենքների մեծամասնությունը ոչ միայն որևէ օգուտ չեն տալիս, այլ հակառակը՝ մեծ վնասներ են հասցնում երկրին: Դրանք հաճախ կա՛մ պարզապես չմտածված, չքննարկված օրենքներ են ու օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ, կա՛մ միտված են բացառապես իշխանական ուժի ու վերջինիս սպասարկող առանձին անհատների ու միավորների շահերը սպասարկելուն:

Դրանցից մեկը ուժի մեջ է մտնելու առաջիկա օրերին, որով արգելվելու են բուքմեյքերական ընկերությունների և շահումով խաղերի բոլոր տեսակի գովազդները: Արտաքուստ, կարծես, գաղափարը լավն է՝ պայքարել մոլախաղերի դեմ: Իրականում բազմաթիվ փորձագետների համոզմամբ, այս օրենքը իր բուն նպատակին չի ծառայելու, փոխարենը ահռելի վնասներ է հասցնելու: Բանն այն է, որ մասնագիտական շրջանակների ուսումնասիրություններով, բեթինգների գովազդի արդյունքում խաղացողների քանակը փաստացի չի ավելանում, և գովազդի խնդիրը բացառապես առկա մրցակցության մեջ «ստաբիլ» խաղացողներին իրարից «փախցնելն» է:

Ըստ այդմ, գովազդի արգելմամբ, խաղացողների թիվը չի նվազելու, մի խոսքով՝ «ղումարը» չի վերանալու, ավելին՝ չի պակասելու: «Սուրբ տեղը» դատարկ չի մնա, կլրացնեն, պայմանականորեն ասած, «1XBet»-երը, որոնց վրա որևէ ազդեցություն պետությունը չի կարող ունենալ: Փոխարենը ահռելի կորուստներ են կրելու մարզաշխարհը, այդ թվում՝ ֆուտբոլը, լրատվամիջոցներն ու տնտեսությունը: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին մեկ անգամ չէ, որ բացատրել են վերոնշյալը՝ շեշտելով նաև սպասվող վնասների մասին, բայց, ինչպես երևում է, կա՛մ ինչ-որ անհասկանալի ծագում ունեցող «պրինցիպներ» կան, կա՛մ որոշակի շրջանակներ կարգին լոբբինգ են արել:

Մասնագիտական շրջանակներում կարծում են, որ քպականների համար էական չէ, որ տուժելու է տնտեսությունը, իսկ օրենքը իր նպատակին չի ծառայելու, կարևորը լրատվամիջոցներին վնաս տալն է:
