 ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Հայաստանի և Արցախի քույրեր և եղբայրներ,
1991թ. սեպտեմբերի 2-ին հռչակվեց Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը, դրվեց Արցախի պետական իշխանության ու կառավարման ժամանակավոր մարմինների ձևավորման գործընթացի սկիզբը: Պատմական այս օրվա՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Արցախի հերոսական ժողովրդին, Արցախի ռազմա-քաղաքական ղեկավարությանն ու աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցներին:
 
Առաջին հերթին ուզում եմ գլուխ խոնարհել Արցախի անկախության ու այսօրվա խաղաղության համար իրենց կյանքը զոհած բոլոր հերոսների հիշատակի առաջ: Հավերժ փա՛ռք ու հիշատակ:
 
Որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Արցախի անկախության նվաճումը հայոց պատմության մեծագույն ձեռքբերումներից է, որը հնարավոր դարձավ բոլոր հայերի միասնականության, մեր հերոս տղաների հաղթական ոգու և իր ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու հայ ժողովրդի հաստատուն կամքի դրսևորման շնորհիվ: 31 տարիների ընթացքում հաղթահարելով բազմաթիվ խոչընդոտներ ու փորձություններ Արցախն այսօր կայացած պետական միավոր է:
 
Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցության և անձամբ իմ անունից ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ, որ մենք միշտ լինելու ենք Արցախի ու արցախցիների կողքին, քանզի յուրաքանչյուրիս պարտքն է ուժերի ներածին չափով նպաստել Արցախի բարգավաճմանն ու միջազգային ճանաչմանը:
