Արցախը լոկ տարածք չի, որը կարելի է հանձնել․ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դիտարկումները

«Այսօր, ավելի քան երբևէ, մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ Արցախը լոկ տարածք չի, որը կարելի է հանձնել՝ պատրանքային «խաղաղության» դիմաց»։
Այս արձանագրումն արել է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, ով տակավին օրեր առաջ է ազատ արձակվել ապօրինի ազատազրկումից։
Նրա գնահատմամբ, 2020 թ․ պատերազմը, ցավոք, շրջեց մեր նախորդ տարիների ձեռքբերումների զգալի մասը, չնայած մեր ազգի լավագույն որդիների հերոսական պայքարին, մաքառմանը և զանգվածային նահատակությանը:
Սակայն պայքարը Արցախի ազատության համար չի ավարտվել, այնտեղ շարունակում են ապրել մեր խիզախ, համառ և իրենց հող ու ջրին նվիրված հայրենակիցները, շարունակում են պաշտպանել իրենց ու մեր բոլորի սրբությունները, ամեն օր դիմահար նայել թշնամու դիրքերին, որոնք այսօր սեղմել են պաշարման օղակը Արցախի շուրջը, պարբերաբար էլ դիմագրավել նրա նոր լկտի ոտնձգություններին` անհավասար կռիվ տալով մինչև ատամները զինված ոսոխի հետ։
«Արցախը այն հզոր ամրոցն էր, որ պաշտպանում էր մեր հարավն ու արևելքը, և քանի կար այդ ամրոցը, թշնամիները ստիպված էին հաշվի նստել մեր հետ, մեր մնացած սահմանները անձեռնամխելի էին, մեր անվտանգությունը՝ ամուր, մեր պատիվը՝ բարձր։ Այսօր էլ մենք դեռ հնարավորություն ունենք շրջելու պատմության ընթացքը, նվիրումով և ամենօրյա աշխատանքով վերականգնենք մեր պատիվը, և վերանվաճենք որպես ազատ ու հզոր ազգ ապրելու մեր աստվածատուր իրավունքը»,- նշում է Չալաբյանը։
Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչն այն քչերից է, ով տևական և արդյունավետ կերպով օգնել է Արցախի պաշտպանունակության բարձրացմանը, մեծ նախագծեր իրականացրել՝ վասն Արցախի, և հիրավի հրաշալի է, որ Արցախի Անկախության օրը գտնվում է ազատության մեջ՝ խորհրդանշելով այն անկոտրում պայքարը, որ գործող վարչախմբի ընդդիմախոսները տանում և տանում են առաջին հերթին Արցախի համար։
Այս առումով, պայքարն ավելի արդյունավետ կարող է լինել՝ հանրությանը խորը թմբիրից հանելու, իրական տեսլական ներկայացնելու, գործող վարչախմբին իրական այլընտրանք ներկայացնելու դեպքում։ Եվ Չալաբյանն ու իր գործընկերները, ուղերձներից բացի նաև կարևոր առաքելություն ունեն՝ վերոնշյալը իրականություն դարձնելու հարցում։
