ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում՝ երկու անձի սպանության, երկու անձի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու, ինչպես նաև խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում որոնվում է Կոտայքի մարզի Արզական գյուղի 46-ամյա բնակիչ Զորիկ Մելքոնյանը:
Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեից։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրել ենք, 2022թ օգոստոսի 27-ին՝ ժամը 03:30-ի սահմաններում, 46-ամյա տղամարդը բաց պատուհանով մտել է հարևանի ննջասենյակ, ծեծի ենթարկել, մի քանի անգամ դանակով հարվածներ հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս կնոջ նախաբազկի շրջանում` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում 46-ամյա տղամարդու բնակության վայրի ննջասենյակում՝ մահճակալի վրա, հայտնաբերվել է նաև վերջինիս կնոջ դին՝պարանոցը մասամբ կտրված վիճակում:
Վերոնշյալ հանցագործություններից օրեր անց՝ 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում, Զորիկ Մելքոնյանը Կոտայքի մարզի Բալահովիտ գյուղի 8-րդ փողոցում գտնվող ընկերության տարածքում իր մոտ եղած դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել նույն ընկերության երկու աշխատակցի, որի հետևանքով նրանցից մեկը մահացել է, իսկ մյուսը՝ «ձախից գոտկային շրջանից կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ, տեղափոխվել է «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Բացի այդ, 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 04:00-ից 04:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Զորիկ Մելքոնյանը, Աբովյան քաղաքի Երևանյան փողոցում գտնվող բենզալցակայանում ցուցադրելով ձեռքին եղած դանակը, պահանջել է գումար և սննդամթերք:
Դեպքերի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել են քրեական վարույթներ, որոնք միացվել են մեկ վարույթում, որի նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ՝ 46-ամյա տղամարդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն զգուշացնում է, որ նշված անձը վտանգ է ներկայացնում հասարակության համար և կոչ է անում լինել զգոն, միաժամանակ նրա գտնվելու վայրը իմացողներին խնդրում զանգահարել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժին՝ 099 000111 կամ ՀՀ ոստիկանություն՝ 102 հեռախոսահամարներով:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
