Արզականի 46-ամյա բնակիչը կալանավորվել է՝ 2 անձի սպանության, 2 անձի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ և ավազակության մեղադրանքով
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է երկու անձի սպանության, երկու անձի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ, բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը խախտելով հարևանի տուն ներխուժելու, ինչպես նաև՝ բենզալցակայանի աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ ավազակություն կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ քննվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
Վարույթի շրջանակներում որոնվող ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած Կոտայքի մարզի Արզական գյուղի 46-ամյա բնակիչ Զորիկ Մելքոնյանը 2022թ. սեպտեմբերի 3-ին՝ ժամը 03:15-ին, ներկայացել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժին, ձերբակալվել և հարցաքննվել դեպքերի հանգամանքների շուրջ՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:
Իրականացված վարութային և քննչական մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքերի՝ ապացուցողական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 46-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով, 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (2 դրվագ), 207-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 252-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով: Միջնորդոթւթյուն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:
