Արցախի ՊՆ նախարար. Ադրբեջանը լարվածությունը հասցրեց որակական նոր աստիճանի

Շարունակելով իր ապակառուցողական քաղաքականությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը սահմանագծում տիրող լարվածությունը հասցրեց որակական նոր աստիճանի։ Այդ մասին ասել է ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության նախարար, ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լեւոն Մնացականյանը՝ ամփոփելով անցնող տարին։
«Ավարտին է մոտենում հերթական բանակային տարին, որը Արցախի զինված ուժերի համար լեցուն էր նշանակալի ձեռքբերումներով ու լրջագույն փորձություններով:
Անցնող 2015թ. նշանավորվել է առաջնագծում լարվածության անշեղ աճով: Շարունակելով իր ապակառուցողական քաղաքականությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը սահմանագծում տիրող լարվածությունը հասցրեց որակական նոր աստիճանի: Հրադադարի հաստատումից ի վեր հակառակորդն առաջին անգամ գործածության մեջ դրեց հրետանի եւ տանկեր՝ միաժամանակ շարունակելով իրականացնել դիվերսիոն-հետախուզական փորձեր»,- նշել է նա:
Նախարարի խոսքով, ՊԲ անձնակազմի պատշաճ պատրաստության, բարոյակամային բարձր որակների շնորհիվ հակառակորդի բոլոր ծրագրերը մշտապես ձախողվել են, յուրաքանչյուր ոտնձգություն ստացել է խիստ պատասխան՝ նրան արժենալով մարդկային կյանքեր: «Ցավոք սրտի, ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս հերոսաբար ընկել են նաեւ մեր զինակիցները: Փառք ու պատիվ նրանց անմար հիշատակին:
Հայրենիքի սահմանին լարվածության աճը 2015թ. ավելի է ամրապնդել հասարակության եւ բանակի անխախտ կապը, երկրի իշխանությունները, ամբողջ հասարակությունը մշտապես եղել են բանակի կողքին: Թե՛ առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահության իրականացման ժամանակ, թե՛ զինծառայողների սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմանների բարելավմանն ուղղված լայնածավալ գործընթացներում պաշտպանության բանակի անձնակազմը զգացել է ժողովրդի մշտական ուշադրությունն ու հոգածությունն իր հանդեպ:
Բանակի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող ուշադրությունը հնարավորություն է ստեղծել սպառազինության եւ ռազմական տեխնիկայի համալրման ու արդիականացման, ուսումնանյութական բազայի եւ ապահովման բոլոր տեսակների կատարելագործման համար, առանձնահատուկ կարեւորություն է տրվել մարտական հերթապահությանկազմակերպմանն ու առաջնային գծի տեխնիկական կահավորվածությանամրապնդմանը, ինչի արդյունքում պետության պաշտպանունակությունը բարձրացել է որակական նոր աստիճանի: Իր վճռական գործողություններով բանակն ապահովել է նաեւ հայկական կողմի ամուր եւ վստահ դիրքերը արցախյան հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցություններում:
Այսօր, իրավամբ, կարելի է փաստել, որ 2015թ. ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակը պատվով է կատարել իր գլխավոր առաքելությունը՝ Արցախի պաշտպանությունն ու հարազատ ժողովրդի անվտանգ կենսագործունեությունը»,- նշել է Լեւոն Մնացականյանը:
