Ճանապարհի բացումը Սյունիքի մարզի և Հայաստանի համար ոչ մի սպառնալիք չի ստեղծում, ընդհակառակը՝ ճանապարհի բացումը կբերի անվտանգության և կայունության լրացուցիչ երաշխիքների։ Այս մասին Վլադիվոստոկում հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ՝ պատասխանելով տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման սպառնալիքների մասին հարցին, ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Այլ բան է, որ ադրբեջանական խոսույթի մեջ երբեմն մտնում են արտահայտություններ, նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք բացահայտում են որոշակի վտանգներ։ Օրինակ՝ խոսվում է միջանցքի մասին, ուզում եմ հստակ լինի․ մենք ՀՀ-ի տարածքով որևէ միջանց որևէ մեկին չենք տալու, ուզում եմ բոլորս հստակ արձանագրենք, բայց ճանապարհ տալու ենք և պատրաստ ենք տալ ցանկացած պահի»,- ասաց նա։
Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ այս մասով առաջարկներ են փոխանցվել Ադրբեջանին։
«Որ պահին Ադրբեջանը ընդունի այդ առաջարկները, դրանց հիման վրա կարելի է փաստաթուղթ ստորագրել և շատ արագ իրագործել այդ պայմանավորվածությունը։ Հավաստիացնում եմ՝ դա ոչ մի սպառնալիք չի ստեղծում։ Ճանապարհի բացումը ոչ միայն սպառնալիք չէ ՀՀ-ի համար, այլև օգտակար է ՀՀ-ի համար, Ադրբեջանի համար էլ է օգտակար, Թուրքիար համար էլ։ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է, որ տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաները բացվեն այնպես, որ Հայաստանը շարունակվի մնալ շրջափակման մեջ, այ դա սպառնալիք է»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։
Վերջինս նշեց, որ շատ է ցանկանում հասնել ճանապարհների բացմանը։
«Սպառնալիք ուրիշ բանի մեջ կա, միջազգային հարթակներում հայտարարում է, որ ոչ մի տարածքային պահանջ չունի Հայաստանից, բայց երբ օգտագործում է «Արևելայն Զանգեզուր» արտահայտությունը, նկատի է ունենում, որ գոյություն ունի նաև «Արևմտյան Զանգեզուր»։ Այս ամեն ինչի տակ թաքնված նկրտումներ կան»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
