Բելգիան համաձայն չԷ միայն ՌԴ-ից ստացվող գազի գների սահմանափակմանը, քանի որ դա «զուտ քաղաքական» որոշում Է, անհրաժետ Է գների առավելակետ սահմանել ամբողջ ներմուծվող գազի համար: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Բելգիայի վարչապետ Ալեքսանդեր դե Կրոոն Politico թերթին տված հարցազրույցում, որը հրապարակվել Է սեպտեմբերի 8-ի երեկոյան: Նրա խոսքով՝ գների քննակվող առավելակետը «պետք Է ներառի գազի բոլոր տեսակները»:
Դե Կրոոն կարծում Է, որ անհրաժեշտ Է սահմանել գնի «դինամիկ» սահմանափակում, այսինքն՝ հետեւել այդ Էներգակրի արժեքին Ասիայում եւ սահմանել ոչ նվազագույն գինը՝ մատակարարներին չկորցնելու համար: «Աշխարհի բոլոր թրեյդերները կշարունակեն (գազ) վաճառել Եվոպային, որովհետեւ տակավին կլինի ավելի գրավիչ գին, քան Ասիայում»,- կարծում Է նա: «Միայն ռուսական գազի (գների) սահմանափակումը զուտ քաղաքական նպատակ Է»,- նրա հետ համաձայնվել Է երկրի Էներգետիկայի նախարար Թիննե Վան դեր Ստրատենը, ում խոսքը նույնպես մեջբերում Է Politico-ն: Նա հավելել Է, որ այդ որոշման մեջ լրացուցիչ կարեւորություն չի տեսնում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
