«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Վերջին օրերին պաշտպանության նախարարության կուլիսներում սկսել է ակտիվորեն քննարկվել այն հարցը, որ առաջիկայում այստեղ լուրջ փոփոխություններ են լինելու: Ըստ այդ «շշուկների», մասնավորաբար, տեղի կունենա նախարարի փոփոխություն:Նախարարությունում շրջանառվում են մի քանի անուններ, սակայն դրանցից ամենահետաքրքիրը ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Արտակ Դավթյանի անունն է:
Ընդ որում, նրա անունը նշվում է որպես ամենահավանականը, թեկուզ և նրան այս տարվա հունվարին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 375-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով` պետի (հրամանատարի) կամ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանությունը կամ պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելը, իշխանազանցությունը կամ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների սահմանն անցնելը, ինչպես նաև իշխանության անգործությունը, եթե այդ արարքները կատարվել են շահադիտական, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից կամ խմբային շահերից ելնելով, և եթե դրանք նյութական ծանր հետևանքներ են առաջացրել:
