Ոսկան Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Բերդի ՔՊ-ամետ «զինկոմը» ծեծի է ենթարկել Հ․ Մանուչարյանի կողմնակից իր հորեղբորորդուն։
Բերդ խոշոր համայնքից հայտնեցին, որ այդ համայնքի Վերին Ծաղկավան գյուղի բնակիչ Լեռնիկ Օհանյանը օգտագործելով ՔՊ կուսակցության հետ իր կապերը՝ մեկ ամիս առաջ նշանակվել է Բերդի զինկոմ։ Մի քանի տարի առաջ Տավուշի մարզի տարածաշրջաններում զինկոմների հաստիքները վերացրել են, այդ պաշտոնը այժմ կոչվում է ՊՆ ինչ-որ ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար։ Լեռնիկ Օհանյանը , չնայած զինվորական լինելուն, աշխատանքային ժամերին ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է սեպտեմբերի 25-ին կայանալիք Բերդ խոշոր համայնքի ավագանու ընտրություններում ՔՊ կուսակցության քարոզարշավին։ Ներկայացվող լուսանկարը այդ ընտրություններում ՔՊ թեկնածուների 58 հոգանոց ցուցակի առաջին համար, միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունների Բերդի կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վահրամ Սուքիասյանի Ֆեյսբուքյան էջից է, այն վերցված է քարոզարշավի վերաբերյալ տեսանյութից։։ Լուսանկարում քարոզարշավ անող Վահրամ Սուքիասյանի եւ Ռաֆիկ Մուրադյանի թիկունքում, սեւ շորերով, հեռախոսը ձեռքին Լեռնիկ Օհանյանն է։ Վերին Ծաղկավան գյուղից հայտնեցին,որ Լ․ Օհանյանը սեպտեմբերի 9-ին Վերին Ծաղկավանում ծեծի է ենթարկել իր հորեղբոր տղա Սամվել Բալդրյանին,ով այդ օրը տոնել է Ռուսաստանում գտնվող իր տղայի ծննդյան օրը։ Ծեծի պատճառը եղել է, այն, որ Սամվել Բալդրյանը սեպտեմբերի 25-ի ընտրություններում <<Զորավոր համայնք>> դաշինքի առաջին համար Հարություն Մանուչարյանի կողմնակիցն է , ինչը դուր չի եկել Լեռնիկ Օհանյանին։ Իսկ ծեծի առիթը եղել է այն, որ Լ․ Օհանյանի կողմից վաճառված ապրանքի դիմաց Ս․ Բալդրյանը 70 հազար դրամ է պարտք Լ․ Օհանյանին։Վ․ Ծաղկավանից հայտնեցին, որ Լեռնիկ Օհանյանը բազում հարվածներ է հասցրել, կոտրել Ս․ Բալդրյանի կողոսկրերը։ Բերդի բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղեկացա, որ Սամվել Բալդրյանը բուժօգնություն ստանալու համար այդ բուժհիմնարկ չի դիմել ։ Վ․ Ծաղկավանից հայտնեցին, որ ամեն ինչ արվում է այդ ծեծը ծածկելու, քրեական գործ չհարուցելու համար։
