Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել է, որ այս պահին պատրաստ չէ բանակցել Ռուսաստանի հետ։
«Այսօրվա դրությամբ՝ ոչ։ Ես նրանց կողմից կառուցողական լինելու ցանկություն չեմ տեսնում»,- համապատասխան հարցին պատասխանել է նա CNN-ին տված հարցազրույցում, որը հեռարձակվել է կիրակի։
«Սա իմ սկզբունքն է, ես չեմ խոսում նրանց հետ, ովքեր վերջնագրեր են ներկայացնում»,- հավելել է Զելենսկին։
Նախագահը դրական պատասխան է տվել նաև այն հարցին, թե «պայքարելո՞ւ է մինչև վերջ»։
«Ես գիտեմ, որ որոշ երկրներ մեզ մղում են Մինսկի գործընթացի ուղղությամբ, ես ուզում եմ, որ աշխարհը ընդունի, որ մի բանը դիվանագիտական լուծումն է, մյուսը՝ Մինսկ 2, 3, 5, 10-ը:Սրանք երկու տարբեր բաներ են, քանի որ Մինսկը դատարկ թղթի կտոր է»,- ասել է Զելենսկին՝ նկատի ունենալով Դոնբասում հակամարտությունը լուծելու մինսկյան պայմանավորվածությունները:
Նա հավելել է, որ երկու երկրների միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կարող է կնքվել այն բանից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանը կլքի օկուպացված ուկրաինական տարածքները։
Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, իր հերթին, հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի հրաժարվում Ուկրաինայի հետ բանակցություններից, սակայն Կիևի կողմից գործընթացի հետագա ձգձգումը կբարդացնի Մոսկվայի հետ համաձայնության հասնելու հնարավորությունը։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը անդրադարձել է Կիևի այն հայտարարությանը, թե բանակցությունները կարող են տեղի ունենալ միայն Ուկրաինայի հաղթանակից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանը կլքի ուկրաինական հողերը։ Լավրովը եզրակացրել է, որ եթե դա Ուկրաինայի ընտրությունն է, ապա Ռուսաստանը գիտի, թե ինչպես հասնել իր նպատակներին, որոնք դրված են հատուկ ռազմական գործողության շրջանակում։
