Հատուկ  հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանն անդրադարձել է ադրբեջանակն կողմի այն հայտարարություններին, թե իբր հայկական կողմը կրակ է բացում ադրբեջանական կողմի ուղղությամբ։ Նման հայտարարությունները ՀՀ ՊՆ–ն պարպերաբար հերքում է։

«Վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը գրեթե ամեն օր կեղծ հայտարարություններ է տարածում, թե իբր հայկական ուժերը կրակել են շփման գծի տարբեր ուղղություններով, իսկ իրենք քայլեր են ձեռնարկել, ինչից հետո կրակը լռեցվել է:
Բնականաբար, հայկական կողմի համապատասխան պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունները հերքում են այդ լուրերը՝ նշելով, որ հայկական կողմի որևէ զինվորական օղակ կրակ չի բացել Ադրբեջանի ուղղությամբ:
Շատերն են հարցնում, թե ինչու է Ադրբեջանն այս ապատեղեկատվությունը կազմակերպված և հետևողականորեն իրականացնում. մենք բոլորս գիտենք, որ երբ Ադրբեջանը պլանավորում է հերթական սահմանային սադրանքը, դա իրականացնելուց առաջ կազմակերպում է այդ սադրանքի տեղեկատվական լեգիտիմացման կեղծ հենքը:
Միջազգային հանրության բոլոր դերակատարները, ովքեր հետաքրքրված են հայ֊ադրբեջանական խաղաղության գործընթացով և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ, պետք է շատ ուշադիր հետևեն և հստակ գիտակցեն, որ հերթական անգամ Ադրբեջանը սադրանքի նախապատրաստական գործընթաց է սկսել։
Այս իրավիճակում միջազգային թիրախավորված արձագանքը կարող է կանխել նախապատրաստվող այդ նոր սադրանքը»,–գրել է Մարուքյանը:
