Լսեցի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթը ԱԺ ամբիոնից։ Ասել, որ ծայրահեղ հիասթափված եմ, պարզապես խիստ մեղմ կլիներ։
ա) ելույթի մեծ մասը ներկայացվում էր թշնամական երկրի դիրքորոշումը և նրա "նրբությունները", կարծես թե դրանց նախագահն էր ելույթ ունենում ամբիոնից, և մեզ բացատրում, թե ինչու է պետք այսօր մեզ կոտորել

բ) մեր երկրի դիրքորոշումը, մասնավորապես Արցախի մասով, ընդհանրապես չներկայացվեց, պարզ չի, ինչ է ուզում այս կառավարությունը, որն է նրա կարմիր գիծը այստեղ
գ) նորից խոսեց իր սին և փուչ "խաղաղության օրակարգից", թեև ակնհայտորեն այն արդեն լրիվ դատապարտված է, և հենց այդ պարտվողական քարոզը բերեց այս նոր պատերազմին

դ) բացարձակ չխոսեց նրա մասին, թե ինչու երկու տարի բանակի բարեփոխումների մասով որևէ բան չի արվել, ինչու են նույնիսկ այս օրհասական պայմաններում պատրաստ 24 մլն դրամով իրենց հարուստների զավակներին բանակից ազատել

ե) չխոսեց բնավ, թե ինչու է երկու տարի շարունակաբար միակողմանի զիջումներ անում թշնամուն, անընդհատ գրգռելով նրա ախորժակը, և փաստացի խրախուսելով նրան նոր պատերազմ սկսել մեր դեմ, դեռ հնի վերքերը դեռ չբուժած

Այս պատերազմական գործողությունների հիմնական պատճառը մեր պետության թուլությունն է, իսկ այն գործող իշխանության ծայրահեղ ապաշնորհ գործունեության արդյունքն է։ Ցանկացած ձախողում կարելի է ճարտար լեզվով հիմնավորել, և դա մենք լսում ենք արդեն երկու տարի, բայց ժամանակն է, որ մեր երկիրը կառավարեն այնպիսի վճռական և կորովի մարդիկ, որոնք ընդունակ են շրջել այս վիճակը, և իրական գործով արդեն հիմնավորել մեր ապագա հաջողությունները։
