Նոր տարուն Բեռլինի կենտրոնը կշրջապատեն 13 կիլոմետրանոց պարսպով

Գերմանիայում ամենախոշոր` Նոր տարվա տոնը Բեռլինի Փարիզյան հրապարակի Բրանդենբուրգյան դարպասների մոտ կընթանա անվտանգության խստագույն միջոցների պայմաններում: Առաջին անգամ արգելված կլինեն ուսապարկերը, պայուսակներն ու պորտֆելները: Ոստիկանությունը նախատեսում է 13 կիլոմետրանոց պարսպով եզերել դարպասներից դեպի Տիրգարտեն այգի տանող ճանապարհը: Տոներին հարյուր հազարավոր զբոսաշրջիկների եւ քաղաքի հյուրերի են սպասում: Ինը հարյուր ոստիկան կապահովի նրանց անվտանգությունը: Դա անհամեմատ ավելի շատ է, քան նախորդ տարիներին:
Կեսգիշերին միլիոնավոր ձայներից կազմված երգչախմբով «Շնորհավոր Նոր տարի» բղավել ցանկացող բեռլինցիները ստիպված կլինեն նախապատրաստվել մուտքի ստուգմանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Tagesspiegel թերթը, ոստիկանությունը տոնի վայրը կեզերի այսպես կոչված «նախնական պարսպով», որն ընդգրկում է ամբողջ կառավարական թաղամասը, Ունտեր-դեն-Լինդեն փողոցի եւ Պոտսդամեր պլաց հրապարակի մի մասը: Երկուշաբթի ոստիկանության ղեկավարությունը հրապարակել է համապատասխան քարտեզը: Պարիսպը գործի կդրվի, երբ Հունիսի 17-ի փողոցի երկայնքով տոնի տարածքը լցվի մարդկանցով: Անցած տարիներին դա տեղի էր ունենում մոտավորապես ժամը 22-ի կողմերը, տեղեկացնում է RG-ն:

Հատուկ միջոցների պատճառը Նոր տարվա տոնին եվրոպական մայրաքաղաքներում հնարավոր ահաբեկչական գործողությունների մասին զգուշացումն է: Դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Ավստրիայի ոստիկանությունը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որ «Սուրբ ծննդի եւ Նոր տարվա արանքում մարդկանց կուտակման վայրերում հնարավոր են պայթուցիկի գործարկման ահաբեկչական գործողություններ»: Բեռլինի հատուկ ծառայությունները, սակայն, չեն մեկնաբանել այդ հաղորդագրությունը: Ոստիկանության ներկայացուցչի խոսքով, նախնական պարիսպները պիտի կանխեն ժողովրդի զանգվածների չվերահսկվող հոսքը տոնի տարածք: Անցած տարիներին նման բան բազմիցս պատահել է:
