Հարգելի ընթերցողներ,  Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում կարևոր տեղեկություն, որը մեզ է փոխանցել անուն աղբյուրներից մեկը: Ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների՝  կիրակի օրը՝ սբխեչ գնալու ճանապարհին, արտառոց դեպք է  տեղի ունեցել:  Վթար է եղել, որի մասնակիցներից մեկը բոլորիդ հայտնի  ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Լիլիթ Պապիկյանն է: Վթարից հետո արտառոց միջադեպ է գրանցվել:   Նախնական տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝  վթարի մասնակից տիկինը, ով չի ունեցել վարորդական իրավունք, ինչպես նաև ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր իսկական դեբոշ է  սարքել:  Մյուս մեքենայի վարորդը պնդել է կանչել Ճանապարահային ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին, խնդիրն  իրավական ուղով լուծելու համար, բայց  Լիլիթը հրաժարվել է:

 
 

Վերջինս վթարի մյուս մասնակցի հետ կոնֆլիկտի է բռնկվել, ինչից հետո   զանգել ու կանչել է հոկտեմբերյանցի հաստավիզ ախպերերին, ովքեր րոպեներ անց հասել են դեպքի վայր ու կինո սարքել: Կինոն որն է, ուղղակի խայտառակություն: Նախնական տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ էս հաստվիզները կնոջ և մանկահասակ երեխաների ներկայությամբ ծեծի են ենթարկել տղամարդուն, որից հետո լքել են տարածքը՝ անօգնական թողնելով  նրանց: Իսկ հիմա, այս կինը՝ չարաշահելով իր պաշտոնական դիրքը, որոշել է քրեական գործ կարել տուժողի գլխին: Ինչևէ հուսանք առաջիկայում  նա կստանա համապատասխան պատիժ՝ մարդկանց կրակը գցելու համար: Կոչ-հորդոր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին, որպեսզի վերահսկի սույն տիկնոջ պահվածքը:
