Ռուսաստանի ստեղծած ՀԱՊԿ-ն հենց հիմա կա՛մ հստակ պաշտպանում է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, կա՛մ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ Հայաստանը ժամերի ընթացքում դուրս է գալիս ՀԱՊԿ-ից. Խաչիկ Ասրյան

Սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կրկին ոտնձգություն իրականացրին Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ՝ կրկին պատերազմական գործողություններ իրականացնելով Հայաստանի դեմ՝ պատճառելով մարդկային կորուստներ:

Հայաստանը, 30 տարի լինելով ՀԱՊԿ ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի անդամ, սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, պաշտոնապես դիմեց ՀԱՊԿ-ին՝ սանձելու Ադրբեջանին և դուրս շպրտելու Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքից (Հայաստանը, լինելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ, գործնականում արդեն ցույց է տվել, որ պատրաստ է կատարել ՀԱՊԿ-ի և նրա անդամ պետությունների առաջ ստանձնած իր պարտավորությունները, որի վառ ապացույցն էլ այս տարվա հունվարի սկզբին Ղազախստանում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ այլ պետությունների հետ հակաահաբեկչական գործողությանը մասնակցելն էր): Հատկապես Հայաստանում բնակվող քաղաքացիները, շունչները պահած, սպասում էին ՀԱՊԿ-ի արդարացի որոշմանը, այն է՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործիքակազմի միջոցով Հայաստանի տարածքից անհապաղ վռնդել ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերին, դադարեցնել պատերազմական գործողությունները և ստիպել Ադրբեջանին՝ Հայաստանին փոխհատուցել նյութական բոլոր կորուստները: Բայց, ի զարմանս բոլորիս, սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ի երեկոյան ՀԱՊԿ-ն կայացրեց Հայաստանին նվաստացնող որոշում, այն է՝ իր ստեղծած ինչ-որ հանձնաժողովի միջոցով ճշտել, թե ով է եղել մեղավորը՝ Ադրբեջա՞նը, թե՞ Հայաստանը: Քանի որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի ստեղծման առաքելությունը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պաշտպանելը, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների նկատմամբ զինված ագրեսիային համատեղ ուժերով դիմակայելն է, ինչը Հայաստանի դեպքում փաստացի տեղի չունեցավ, ուստի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից կայացրած հակահայկական այս որոշումն իրավական հենց այն հիմքն է, որով Հայաստանի իշխանությունը հենց այսօր պետք է կայացնի Հայաստանի ազգային և պետական շահից բխող պատմական որոշում. «Ռուսաստանի ստեղծած ՀԱՊԿ-ն հենց հիմա կա՛մ հստակ պաշտպանում է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ Հայաստանի տարածքից անհապաղ վռնդելով ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերին, դադարեցնելով պատերազմական գործողությունները և ստիպելով Ադրբեջանին, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին փոխհատուցի նյութական բոլոր կորուստները, կա՛մ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ Հայաստանը ժամերի ընթացքում դուրս է գալիս ՀԱՊԿ-ից և Հայաստանից ու Արցախից հեռացնում է ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազան, սահմանապահ և խաղաղապահ ուժերին՝ զուգահեռաբար Հայաստան հրավիրելով Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներին՝ դառնալով ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմավարական լիարժեք դաշնակիցը» (ավելի քան վստահ եմ, որ միասնական Արևմուտքն՝ ի դեմս ԱՄՆ-ի, իր ռազմավարական դաշնակից պետությանը երբեք մենակ չի թողնի այդ պետության թշնամու դեմ. օրինակը՝ Ուկրաինան):

Հաջորդիվ կներկայացնեմ Հայաստանի՝ իբրև ռազմավարական դաշնակից, բայց իրականում 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը և Հայ ժողովրդին դավաճանած և Արցախը Ադրբեջանին հանձնած Ռուսաստանի իսկական դեմքը:
