Միջազգային հարթակներում ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան դատապարտող արձագանքներն ուղղակիորեն կապված են Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի հստակ պաշտպանական գործողությունների իրականացման հետ: Նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նախորդ օրը ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի՝ ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ռազմական ագրեսիայի առնչությամբ հրավիրված հրատապ նիստին:

«Միջազգային հարթակներում այս արձագանքներն ուղղակի կապված են մեր ԶՈՒ-ի հստակ պաշտպանական գործողությունների իրականացման հետ: Եթե մենք չկռվեինք այնպես, ինչպես կռվել ենք, այսպիսի արձագանքներ պարզապես չէին լինի»,-ասաց Քոչարյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական կողմի օկուպացրած 10 քառ կմ տարածքին և դրանց ռազմավարական նշանակության վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ Քոչարյանն ասաց. «Ցանկացած տարածք, որտեղ մենք ներկայացված ենք եղել, ունեցել է ռազմավարական նշանակություն: Եվ այս գործողություններով, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նկատելի է, որ Ադրբեջանը մինչև դեմարկացիայի փուլ մտնելը փորձում է սահմանային իր դիրքերն ավելի բարելավել: Բայց դրանից հետո եղել են դիրքեր, որոնք մեր գործողությունների արդյունքում նորից հետ են անցել մեր տնօրինման տակ, խոսքը 6 դիրքի մասին է: Շատ հնարավոր է, որ դա նորից փոփոխությունների ենթարկվի»:

Նա կարևորեց հիմա հրադադարի ռեժիմը պահելը, որպեսզի հայկական կողմի ուժերը վերադասավորման փուլ անցնեն, կորուստները վերականգնվեն, ռեզերվները լիարժեք անցնեն պատրաստման փուլ: 

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանն էլ, անդրադառնալով ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի նիստին, ընդգծեց, որ հնչել են հասցեական, իրավիճակի իրական գնահատականներ, ինչը ողջունելի համարեց: Պատգամավորը սա համարում է դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի արդյունք:

«Եվ մենք հույս ունենք, որ միջազգային հանրության ճնշման ներքո ագրեսորը կդադարեցնի իր գործողությունները»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ հրատապ նիստի հայտարարությունները հիմք են լինելու մեր հետագա դիվանագիտական աշխատանքների և միջազգային ճնշումն Ադրբեջանի վրա մեծացնելու համար:
