Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Ներքին Հանդի հատվածում կորել էր կապը ԱԻՆ-ի աշխատակցի հետ, որը հետո վերադարձել է հայկական կողմ։ Սա պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն է, որտեղ բացարձակ չի նշվել, որ ԱԻՆ-ի աշխատակիցը պատանդ էր վերցվել թշնամու կողմից, ավելին՝ նա մենակ չի եղել։
Երեկ փորձեցինք կապ հաստատել ԱԻՆ-ի մամուլի խոսնակ Հայկ Կոստանյանի հետ, որը, սակայն, հեռախոսազանգերին չպատասխանեց։
«Հետքին», սակայն, հաջողվել է իրազեկ աղբյուրից պարզել դեպքի մանրամասները, որոնք ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ։
Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, որը ցանկացավ գաղտնի մնալ, Կապանի շտապօգնության ծառայության «ՈւԱԶ» մեքենան երեկ գնացել էր Ներքին Հանդի վերեւում գտնվող դիրքերից դիեր հանելու։ Աղբյուրը պատմում է, որ մեքենայում Կարմիր խաչի ներկայացուցիչներ չեն եղել։ Եղել է շտապօգնության աշխատակից վարորդը, 2 զինվորական եւ ԱԻՆ-ի 1 աշխատակից։ Նրանք զինված չեն եղել։ «Հետքի» աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ տարհանում իրականացնողներին զենք չի տրվում։ Առաջնագծում թշնամու զինվորականները 4 հոգուն էլ պատանդ են վերցրել։
Շտապօգնության վարորդին շուրջ 4 ժամ ձեռքերը կապած պահել են, գետնին պառկեցրած վիճակում, հետո մոտեցել է բարձրաստիճան ադրբեջանցի զինվորականն ու հարցրել, թե արդյոք ռուսերեն գիտի։ Դրանից հետո ադրբեջանցիները պայման են դրել, որ եթե հայկական կողմը վերադարձնի ադրբեջանցի մեկ վիրավորի եւ մեկ դիակ, իրենք 4 հային ազատ կարձակեն, իսկ հայկական կողմի դիերը կվերադարձնեն։
«Հետքի» աղբյուրը պատմում է, որ վարորդը թշնամու ներկայացուցիչներին խնդրել է իր հետ բաց թողնել նաեւ պատանդառված հայ զինվորականներից մեկին, որպեսզի ադրբեջանցիների գերեվարված վիրավորին ու դին վերադարձնելիս օգնի իրեն։ Ադրբեջանցիները համաձայնել են։ Մեր աղբյուրի տեղեկացմամբ՝ հայկական կողմը վիրավոր ադրբեջանցուն հանձնել է յուրայիններին, մինչեւ հայ վարորդն ու զինվորականը կվերադառնային մերոնց մոտ։ Ավելի ուշ նրանք երկուսով թշնամուն են հանձնել նրանց զինվորականի դիակը։ Սրանից հետո ադրբեջանցիները բաց են թողել ԱԻՆ-ի աշխատակցին ու մյուս զինվորականին։
