«Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է փոխարինել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին»։

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն այդ մասին նշել է Հանրապետության հրապարակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում։

Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ապացուցել է, որ իր գործունեությամբ կամ անգործությամբ նպաստում է Ադրբեջանի շահերին, և եթե հայկական բանակը հերոսաբար չկռվեր, անհամաչափ կորուստներ չհասցներ Ադրբեջանին, իրավիճակը ողբերգական կլիներ, Սյունիքը կարող էինք կորցրած լինել։ Ըստ Չալաբյանի` իշխանությունը բերել է նրան, որ Հայաստանը մնացել էր մեն-մենակ, անպատրաստ։

«Չպետք է ունքը սարքելու փոխարեն աչքն էլ հանել»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը և հավելել, թե պետք է իշխանությունը նախ ձևավորել փողոցում՝ հիշեցնելով 90-ականներին Հայաստանում կատարվածը, երբ իշխանությունը նախ ձևավորվեց փողոցում՝ «Ղարաբաղ» կոմիտեի տեսքով, ապա համակարգը քանդվեց, մինչդեռ խորհրդային շատ հանրապետություններում կոմունիստները պահպանեցին իշխանությունը։

Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ այժմ աշխատում են ձևավորելու այդ կառույցները, ինչը բարդ և աշխատատար գործընթաց է։

«Պետք է ստեղծել այլընտրանքը, ինչը բարդ է. ընդդիմության տարբեր թևերն իրար հետ բավարար չափով չեն համագործակցում, նաև հանրությունն է պառակտված»։

«Խնդիրների շան գլուխը թաղված է այնտեղ՝ որն է լինելու արդյունավետ որոշումը, որը չի բարդացնելու վիճակը»,- նշել է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը։

Նա նկատել է, որ պետք է ոչ միայն էներգիան գեներացնել, այլև լուծում տալ։ Իսկ ժամանակը սահմանափակ է, ըստ Չալաբյանի, Ադրբեջանը նոր հարձակում է պատրաստում։
