Նեսի Փելոսիի Երուանյան այցի վերաբերյալ ուռճացված սպասումները մեծանում են: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է MGIMO-ի Միջազգային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող, փորձագետ, քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը:

«Տելեգրամյան որոշ ալիքներ, նույնիսկ թերահավատորեն ԱՄՆ-ի նկատմամբ (օրինակ՝ հայկական վենդետա), գրում են, որ Վաշինգտոնը վերջապես բռնել է Հայաստանի կողմը (սա իբր բխում է Ադրբեջանի «մահացու հարձակումները» դատապարտելու Փելոսիի հայտարարություններից): Սակայն դա այդպես չէ, եւ շուտով զարգացումը ցույց կտա այս եզրակացության ճիշտությունը։

  1. ԱՄՆ-ը չի հրաժարվի Թուրքիայի (ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ, դաշինքի երկրորդ ռազմական ուժն իրենցից հետո) հետ համագործակցությունից։
  2. Պետությունները ընտրություն չեն կատարի Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ, հատկապես նրանց ռազմավարական դաշնակից ԵՄ-ում՝ էներգետիկ խնդիրների ֆոնին։ Եվ, իհարկե, նրանք չեն հրաժարվի Իսրայելից՝ Բաքվի ամենակարեւոր գործընկերոջից։  Նրանց համար Իրանին զսպելը, Թուրքիային «աշխարհաքաղաքական էկզոտիկությունից» զերծ պահելը եւ Ռուսաստանին Կովկասից դուրս մղելը երեք հիմնական նպատակներ են։ Իսկ գլխավոր գերխնդիրը ընդհանրապես որեւէ մեկի, բայց մասնավորապես Մոսկվայի, Անկարայի եւ Թեհրանի եվրասիական դաշինքը կանխելն է։ Սա է բանալին:
  3. Հայաստանն արագացված կարգով չի ընդունվի ՆԱՏՕ, նույնիսկ Վրաստանն ու Ուկրաինան դեռեւս այնտեղ չեն, խաղաղապահներ էլ չեն ուղարկի ռուսներին փոխարինելու։
  4. Ալեքսանդրոպիայի ժամանկներից`1920-ից ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններում ժամանակ առ ժամանակ արծարծվում է Մոսկվայի ոչ բավարար ջանքերի եւ նման այլ փաստարկների թեման։ Եվ չի կարելի ասել, որ Ռուսաստանի քննադատները միշտ ու միանշանակ սխալվել են։ Մեկ նրբերանգ. Ավելի լավ բան Արեւմուտքը չի առաջարկում ու չի առաջարկի. Արցախի վերադարձ, «խաչակրաց արշավանք» Բաքվի կամ Անկարայի դեմ չի լինելու
  5. Վերջին, բայց ոչ պակաս կարեւորն այն է, որ բոլոր մեծ ակնկալիքներից, «ամերիկանոֆիլիայի» պոռթկումներից կարելի էր խուսափել, եթե Մոսկվայի այսօրվա դիրքորոշումներն ավելի հստակ լինեին։

Պաշտոնապես, համենայն դեպս։ Եվ ոչ պաշտոնական, առավել եւս: Դադարեք «սխալ Փաշինյանին» մեղադրել: Նրանից բացի, մենք շահեր ունենք տարածաշրջանում, որոնց մասին պետք է խոսել։ Այո, մենք չենք կարող դառնալ բացառապես հայկական շահերի օպերատորներ։ Մենք պահելու և կորցնելու բան ունենք Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Սակայն Երեւանի նկատմամբ, առանց Ռուսաստանի հովանու փոխզիջումների գնալու, Բաքվի եւ Անկարայի ջախջախիչ հաղթանակը, դրանցից չէ։

Նրան ու ընդհանրապես հայ քաղաքական գործիչներին հարցերը շատ են։ Բայց հիմա խոսքը ոչ թե նրանց, այլ մեր մասին է: 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին Երեւանը կարող էր եւ պետք է զիջեր: Սակայն այսօր մեր լռության ներքո Հայաստանի պատմության ավարտը միանշանակ վատ սցենար է։ Կրկնում եմ հազարերորդ եւ հարյուրերորդ անգամ. Ճգնաժամային իրավիճակին արձագանքելը մաչիզմի հոմանիշ չէ: Սակայն դա պետք է լինի, այլ ոչ թե փոխարինվի բովանդակալից լռությամբ»,- նկատել է ռուս քաղաքագետը։
