ՌԴ Պետդումայի՝ ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի կոմիտեի նախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինն այցելել է Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքով տուժած Ջերմուկ քաղաք:

Այս մասին Զատուլինը տեղեկացրել է «Թելեգրամի» իր պաշտոնական էջում զետեղված հաղորդագրության տեքստում: Այցի ընթացքում պատգամավորը հանդիպել է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի և Բակո Սահակյանի հետ: Հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել նաև «Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ, Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ, քննարկվել են ներքին և արտաքին օրակարգը, ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը։ Զատուլինը Հայաստանից մեկնել է սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ գրելով. «Չէի կարող չարձագանքել այս ծանր ժամանակներում Հայաստան այցելելու անհրաժեշտությանը: Հայաստանում շատերը համակերպվել են 2020 թվականի պատերազմում կրած պարտությանը, ինչի հավաստիքը դարձան 2021 թվականի ամռանը կայացած ընտրությունները: Նրանք կարծեցին, թե խաղաղությունն են ընտրում: Այնինչ պարզվեց, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան հայերից սպասում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայրենակիցներից լիակատար հրաժարում և դա հիշեցնում են ուժի միջոցով:

Հայաստանին, ինչպես ողջ տարածաշրջանին, պետք է խաղաղություն, բայց ոչ՝ մշտական ​​նվաստացման գնով։ Խաղաղության պայմանագիրն ու հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատումը չեն վերացնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի խնդիրը, որի լուծման որոնումը միջազգային հարաբերությունների օրակարգում է արդեն 30 տարի։ Հենց այսպես էլ պետք է վերաբերվել դրան։ Որքան հասկանում եմ, Ռուսաստանը հենց այդպես է վերաբերվում դրան՝ իր խաղաղապահներին ուղարկելով հակամարտության գոտի։

Ես գնացի, իսկ Նենսի Փելոսին մնաց։ Սա դառը կատակ է։ Բայց դա արտացոլում է մի իրավիճակ, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը և նրան աջակցողները փորձում են մերձենալ ԱՄՆ-ի և Արևմուտքի հետ՝ երկրի ներսում և դրսում աջակցություն ստանալու համար։ Արևմուտքը խաղում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ, նրա հիմնական նպատակը տարածաշրջանում ռուսական ցանկացած ազդեցության դուրս մղելն է։ Եվ դա ավելի մեծ հաջողությունների է հասնում՝ ընտրելով Եվրոմիության հարթակը Բրյուսելում՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության մերձավորարևելյան կարգավորման հարցում Քեմփ Դեյվիդի փորձը կրկնելու համար։

Ռուսաստանի համար, որը զբաղվում է Ուկրաինայով, Կովկասում շատ դժվար է։ Բայց իրերը պետք է կոչել իրենց ճիշտ անուններով։ Մեր կողմից իրադարձությունների հստակ և հրապարակային գնահատականի բացակայությունը հիասթափության տեղիք է տալիս հայ հասարակության մեջ։ Գործելով առանց ձևականությունների՝ Ադրբեջանն ու իր թիկունքում կանգնած Թուրքիան փաստորեն ստացան լծակ, որը հրահրում է հակառուսական տրամադրությունների աճ դաշնակից Հայաստանում, որի իշխանություններն իրենք էլ դեմ չեն բոլոր բարդությունները գցել Ռուսաստանի վրա՝ ներառյալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի նկատմամբ պատասխանատվությունը: Մենք մոտենում ենք ճամփաբաժանին: Թե ինչ հունով կընթանան Հայաստանի զարգացումն ու հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները, կախված է այն որոշումներից, որոնք պետք է ընդունվեն մոտ ապագայում»:
