Երբ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները հայտնվեցին մեր ճանապարհներին և սահմանափակեցին ազատ տեղաշարժը, փոխանակ քայլեր ձեռնարկեինք նրանց այդտեղից հեռացնելու ուղղությամբ, ցույց տայինք, որ մեր գյուղերի համար մեկուսացման, հումանիտար խնդիրներ են առաջանում, փոխվարչապետից, պատգամավորներից մինչև կոնկրետ քաղաքական ուժի մաս կազմող համայնքի ղեկավարներ հերքում էին դա։ Այս մասին հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը։
«Դուք հիշո՞ւմ եք ինչ արշավ սկսեց՝ ադրբեջանցիները իրենց դիրքերում են, որևէ խնդիր չկա, ինչ ուզեն կանեն, դա իրենց տարածքն է, խոսում էին, որ Սյունիքը անվտանգ է, որևէ խնդիր իրենք չեն առաջացել մեզ համար, ՀՀ-ի վերահսկողության ներքո կան ադրբեջանական տարածքներ և այլն։ Այս ամեն ինչը հիմք էր ադրբեջանցինեի համար և ամրացնում էր նրանց դիրքերը ու հիմա տեսեք, թե նրանք այդ առումով ինչքան ամուր են, որովհետև մենք ենք ասել՝ դուք ձեր դիրքրերում եք, անգամ տեսախցիկներով մարդկանց տներն էին մտնում, ինչպես օրինակ Որոտանում»,- ասաց Արման Թաթոյանը։
Վերջինս անդրադարձավ այն հարցին, թե ինչու էին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նման կեցվածք որդեգրել։
«Իմ խորին համոզմամբ, ու դա նաև փաստերով ապացուցված է, դա քաղաքական վախ էր, պաշտոնյաները կոնկրետ քաղաքական վախեր ունեին, որ իրենց նկատմամբ մարդկանց մոտ դժգոհություն չառաջանա, այստեղ մաքուր քաղաքական ու անձնական վախեր կային, երկրի անվտանգությունը ավելի ցածր էր գնահատվում, քան քաղաքական, անձնական շահը»,- նշեց նա։
Նախկին ՄԻՊ-ը անդրադարձավ նաև Կապան- Ճականատեն այլընտանքային ճանապարհին՝ նշելով, որ այն կառուցվել է ադրբեջանցիների ուղիղ դիտարկման տակ։
«Ծառ առ ծառ, թուփ առ թուփ ես անցել եմ այդ ճանապարհների միջով, չես հասկանում՝ ո՞րն է տամաբանությունը, մի քանի հարյուր մետրի վրա անզեն աչքով երևում են ադրբեջանցիները, այդ ճանապարհի քթի տալով կառուցվում է այլընտրաքային ճանապարհ, այդ պատճառով էլ վերջին պատերազմի ժամանակ այդ ճանապարհը անհնար էր օգտագործել, պարզ չէ՞, թե ադրբեջանցիները ինչու էին եկել հենց այդ հատվածում կանգնել, հո Հայաստանի գեղատեսիլ վայերով զմայլվելու համար չէին եկել, դա կոնկրետ նպատակ ուներ»,- ասաց Արման Թաթոյանը։
