Հանրապետությունում շրջանառում են գրիպի Ա (H1N1 ենթատեսակ) և Բ տեսակները

Հանրապետությունում գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների առումով համաճարակային իրավիճակն այսօր օրինաչափ է և նախորդ տարիների միևնույն ժամանակահատվածի հետ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից։
Այսպես, դեկտեմբերի 21-ից 27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է 2351 դեպք, նախորդ տարվա՝ 2240 դեպքի դիմաց: Նմանատիպ իրավիճակ է դիտվում նաև ընթացիկ տարվա նախորդ շաբաթների ժամանակ:
Ըստ լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքների այսօր հանրապետությունում շրջանառում են գրիպի Ա (H1N1 ենթատեսակ) և Բ տեսակները:
Հանրապետության առանձին բժշկական կազմակերպություններում հետգրիպային բարդություններով, թոքաբորբերով բուժում ստացող հիվանդների վիճակը գնահատվում է միջին ծանրության և թեթև: Նրանց նկատմամբ սահմանվել է անհրաժեշտ բուժում, հիվանդներն ապահովվել են անհրաժեշտ հակավիրուսային պատրաստուկներով: Վերջիններս մոտ դիտվում է առողջացման դրական տեղաշարժ:
Սակայն վերջին օրերին արձանագրվել է գրիպի բարդացմամբ հետևանքով մահվան 3 դեպք, որոնք պայմանավորված են ուշ դիմելիությամբ, արտահայտված ուղեկցող խրոնիկական հիվանդություններով, մասնավորապես՝ սիրտ անոթային, երիկամային անբավարարություն, ճարպակալում և այլն:
Հիմք ընդունելով վերը նշվածը, ինչպես նաև գրիպի և դրա բարդություններից խուսափելու նպատակով՝ խորհուրդ է տրվում գրիպանման երևույթների արձանագրման դեպքում անհապաղ դիմել բժշկական օգնության, հատկապես՝ տարեց անձիք, ովքեր տառապում են խրոնիկ հիվանդություններով, հղիները և երեխաները, քանի որ բարդություններ կարող են առաջանալ գրիպի ցանկացած տեսակի և ենթատեսակի դեպքում:
Գրիպանման երևույթների դեպքում, անհապաղ դիմել բժշկական օգնության, չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ,առանց բժշկի նշանակմամբ չօգտագործել հակաբիոտիկներ:
Անհրաժեշտ է հաճախակի օդափոխել փակ տարածքները` հետևելով անձնական հիգիենային: Հագնվել եղանակին համահունչ:
Եթե Ձեզ մոտ առկա են գրիպանման երևույթներ, ապա անհրաժեշտ է սահմանափակել շփումներն այլ անձանց հետ, մնալ տանը և հետևել բժշկի խորհուրդներին:
Հանրապետությունում խոցելի խմբերի շրջանում, կամավոր հիմունքներով, գրիպի դեմ իրականացվել են կանխարգելիչ պատվաստումներ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ տոնական օրերին ամբուլատոր պոլիկլինիկական կազմակերպություններում սահմանվել է հերթապահություն, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում բժշկական օգնություն կազմակերպելու համար:
Իրավիճակը վերահսկելի է, ներկայում համաճարակի վտանգ չկա: Սակայն եղանակային ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ նվազման հետ կապված խորհուրդ է տրվում պահպանել վերը նշված բոլոր կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումները:
