«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության, «Հայոց Արծիվներ» կամավորական ջոկատի և անձամբ իմ անունից՝ ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ բոլորիդ՝ փառավոր տոնի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 31-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ և մաղթում դեպի հավերժություն քայլող հզոր ու անպարտելի Հայաստան, որի հարստությունն իր տաղանդավոր ժողովուրդն է, իսկ ուժն ու կայունությունը՝ բոլորիս համար բացարձակ արժեք Հայոց Ազգային Բանակը:
20-րդ դարավերջին՝ 90-ականների սկզբին, Անկախության օրհնյալ զարթոնքի ուժով՝ մենք վերականգնեցինք դարերով կորստյան մատնած Հայոց փառքի դաբնիները՝ Հայ ժողովրդի համար ապահովելով ազգային դիմադրության Ոգի:
Հայոց քաջորդիների նվիրումի, խիզախության և անձնազոհության շնորհիվ՝ Հայաստանը 31 տարի առաջ կրկին վերականգնեց իր անկախությունը, և դարերի դաժան փորձությունների միջով անցած Հայ ժողովրդի Հայրենիք Հայաստանը վերջապես անդամագրվեց անկախ պետությունների ընտանիքին՝ ի հեճուկս մեր բազում թշնամիների։
Փա՜ռք Հայոց սահմաններն անառիկ պահող Հայոց Ազգային Բանակին:
Հավերժ խոնարհում Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար մարտիրոսված հերոսների հիշատակի առջև:
Հերո՛ս Հայ ժողովուրդ
Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և մաղթում Հայոց հողի ուժն ու առատությունը, Հայոց անխախտ լեռների համառությունն ու սառնասրտությունը և Հայոց հերոսների անդավաճան Ոգու ուժը:
Հայաստանի անկախությունն ու Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը Հայ ազգի համար ԿԱՐՄԻՐ ԳԻԾ են, և, այն պետությունները, ովքեր կանցնեն այդ ԿԱՐՄԻՐ ԳԻԾԸ, գլխատելո՛ւ ենք նրանց:
