Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած հերթական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով բնապահպանական լուրջ խնդիրներ ևս կարող ենք ունենալ: Թիրախում է հայտնվել առողջարանային քաղաք Ջերմուկը, այրվել են անտառներ: Իհարկե, պատճառված վնասների ու անտառածածկ տարածքների վերականգնմանն ուղղված քայլերի մասին դեռ առիթ կլինի խոսելու, երբ լինեն ամբողջական տվյալներ: Բնապահպան Սիլվա Ադամյանն ասում է` գործ ունենք բնապահպանական աղետի հետ:

«Գիտենք, որ բնապահպանության ոլորտում ՀՀ-ում լուրջ խնդիրներ ունենք, որոնք նոր չեն սկսվել: Եղածներին ավելացան Արցախյան պատերազմից հետո առաջացած խնդիրները, ջրային ու անտառային տարածքների հետ խնդիրներ ունեցանք: Այսօր բնապահպանական առումով ևս շրջափակման մեջ ենք, իսկ Ջերմուկում առաջացած հրդեհները կարող են լուրջ խնդիրների հանգեցնել: Կարող է փոխվել ոչ միայն Ջերմուկի, այլ ողջ տարածաշրջանի բնապահպանական, կլիմայական ֆոնը: Կարող է լինել օդի աղտոտվածություն, որը տարածվում է ոչ միայն Ջերմուկի շրջանում, այլ հասնում է հարակից քաղաքներ ևս: Եթե մնացինք այս վիճակում, հնարավոր է, որ լոկալ ձևով հարցերը լուծվեն, բայց եթե պատերազմը շարունակվի և նոր հրդեհներ ու պայթյուններ լինեն, դա հղի է տարածաշրջանում կլիմայական լուրջ խնդիրներով ու փոփոխություններով: Եթե պատերազմը շարունակվի, այս պրոցեսը կանխել հնարավոր չի լինելու»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Ադամյանը` հավելելով, որ անտառների վերականգնման համար բավականին ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ:

«Տեսեք` տարիներ առաջ Խոսրովի արգելոցում բավականին լուրջ հրդեհ ունեցանք, բայց քանի որ այն պահպանվող տարածք էր, բավականին շատ միջոցառումներ կատարվեցին, հրդեհը կապ չուներ ռազմական իրավիճակի հետ, վերականգնումն էլ բավականին արագ տեղի ունեցավ: Իսկ Ջերմուկի պարագայում գործ կունենանք ավելի երկար ժամանակի հետ, հուսանք, որ նոր հրդեհներ չեն լինի: Վնասների և նաև վերականգնման քիչ թե շատ հստակ ժամկետների մասին հնարավոր կլինի խոսել ավելի ուշ, երբ հստակ տվյալներ կհրապարակվեն: Այս առումով պետք է սպասել»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:

Տեղեկացնում է` եղանակային կանխատեսումներն ուսումնասիրել է, մինչև հոկտեմբերի 1-ն ունենալու ենք բավականին բարձր ջերմաստիճան, տեղումները շատ քիչ են լինելու: «Այս առումով պետք է զգոն լինել` հնարավոր հրդեհներին արագ արձագանքելու և դրանց տարածումը կանխելու իմաստով: Կլիման չոր է, ամառը բավականին տևական է լինելու, «անցել է» դեպի աշուն: Ուստի պետք է ուշադիր լինել, պատրաստ արձագանքելու առաջացող խնդիրներին»,-հավելում է բնապահպանը:

Չենք անտեսում նաև հանքավայրերի հարցը: Բնապահպանն այս առումով ևս մտահոգություններ ունի: «Պետք է անասելի ուշադիր լինել հանքավայրերի ու պոչամբարների նկատմամբ, հատկապես նրանց, որոնք սահմաններին մոտ են գտնվում, մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել ջրային պաշարներին, պարբերաբար ստուգումներ կատարել գետերում, փորձանմուշներ վերցնել հողից: Պետական համապատասխան ծառայությունները պարբերական ստուգումներ պետք է իրականացնեն, զգոնությունը որևէ պարագայում չպետք է թուլացնել»,-եզրափակում է բնապահպան Սիլվա Ադամյանը:
