«Ինչպես և կանխատեսում էինք, ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձելու է մշտական լարվածության ներքո առաջ մղել իր նպատակների իրագործումը։

Այսպես, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տեռորիստական ոհմակի ղեկավարներից մեկը` Իլհամ Ալիևը, կրկին արել է հայտարարություններ, որոնք հստակ ցույց են տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է իր հակահայկական  քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանդեպ։
Բնավ նպատակ չունեմ ցիտել թքախոս վիժվածքի հազար ու մի  խոսքեր, սակայն նույն Ալիևը ուղիղ հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը վճռական է` հասնել իր նպատակներին և ոչ ոք չի կանգնեցնելու Ադրբեջանին․,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Արման Աբովյանը։

Աբովյանը նկատում է, որ այս հայտարարության համատեքստում կարելի է միանշանակ պնդել, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի վերջնանպատակները չեն փոխվել, և իրենք այս կամ այլ կերպ փորձելու են  շարունակել Արցախի ապամոնտաժմանը միտված քայլեր և Հայաստանը մասնատելու փորձեր։

«Նպատակը բնավ Հայաստանից Նախիջևան «ճանապարհ, միջանցք» ոդիսականը չէ։ Դա ընդամենը առաջին փուլն է, որի նպատակն է` այս կամ այլ կերպ ստիպել հայկական կողմին իրավաբանորեն  ընդունել Ադրբեջանի պայմանները։ Այսինքն ուժի կիրառման վտանգի ներքո հասնել այն իրավիճակի, երբ Հայաստանը ինքնակամ կստորագրի միջազգային  պարտավորություններ Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ և փաստացի կհամաձայնվի իրավական առումով Հայաստանի դե ֆակտո մասնատմանը ( խաղաղության պայմանագիր և դելիմիտացիայի և դեմարկացիայի)։ Հակառակ դեպքում, ինչպես օկուպանտներն են պնդում` Ադրբեջանը  Հայաստանի մասնատմանը կհասնի ռազմական ուժով։ Սա նշանակում է միայն մի բան .մեզ փաստացի ասվում է` հայեր ինքնակամ համաձայնվեք Ադրբեջանի պայմաններին և այդ գործընթացի անունը դրեք «խաղաղության պայմանագիր», հակառակ դեպքում  կսկսվի պատերազմ»- նշեց Աբովյանը։

Վերլուծաբանը նկատում  է`  մեզ ասում են` կամ դուք կատարում եք ազգային ինքնասպանություն (խաղաղության պայմանագիր) կամ մենք ձեզ սպանելու ենք ( պատերազմ)։
Բայց այստեղ գոյություն ունի մի շատ կարևոր առանձնահատկություն, միայն Հայաստանի և Արցախի բաց , ինքնազոհ, բոլոր հնարհավոր եղանակներով դիմադրելը մեզ կտա հնարավորոթյուն մնալ ողջ և պահպանել թե Արցախը, թե Հայաստանը։ Հակառակ դեպքում` երաշխավորված կոտորած և սպանդ ։
