Մինչև 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ցանկացած ուսանող, ով Ucom-ի նոր կամ գործող բաժանորդ է, կարող է միանալ Level Up 3000 հետվճարային սակագնային պլանին և 24 ամսվա ընթացքում ստանալ գերարագ ինտերնետի եռակի՝ 30 ԳԲ ծավալ սովորական 10 ԳԲ փոխարեն, իսկ Level Up 1700 կանխավճարային սակագնային պլանին բաժանորդագրվելով՝ ուսանողները կստանան կրկնակի՝ 12 ԳԲ գերարագ շարժական ինտերնետ`6 ԳԲ փոխարեն։

Հարկ է նշել, որ Level Up 3000-ի հետ բաժանորդներն ամեն ամիս ստանում են 1000 րոպե դեպի տեղական բոլոր ցանցեր, Արցախ, ԱՄՆ և Կանադա զանգելու համար և առանց մեգաբայթեր սպառելու օգտվում են 28 հայտնի հավելվածներից, որոնց թվում են Facebook-ը, Instagram-ը, WhatsApp-ը, Spotify-ը և այլն։ Իսկ  Level Up 1700 սակագնային պլանի հետ յուրաքանչյուր 30 օրը մեկ վերալիցքավորելով հաշիվն ընդամենը 1700 դրամով՝ բաժանորդներն ստանում են 200 րոպե դեպի տեղական բոլոր ցանցեր, Արցախ, ԱՄՆ և Կանադա զանգելու համար, ինչպես նաև կարող են օգտվել 19 ամենատարածված հավելվածներից՝ չսպառելով մեգաբայթերը։
