Չեչնիայում զորակոչի պլանը գերակատարվել է 254%-ով՝ նոր զինվորական ստորաբաժանումների ձևավորման շնորհիվ։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովը Telegram-ի իր ալիքում հրապարակված տեսանյութում։
«Հինգշաբթի հանդիպում եմ անցկացրել Չեչնիայի Հանրապետության բնակիչներին զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչելու թեմայով՝ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հայտարարած մասնակի մոբիլիզացիայի շրջանակում: Չեչնիայի Հանրապետությունում զորակոչի պլանը գերակատարվել է 254 տոկոսով»,- գրել է Կադիրովը։
Բացի այդ, Չեչնիայի ղեկավարը նշել է հանրապետությունում հազարավոր կամավորների ռեզերվի առկայությունը, որոնք, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, «կկարողանան համալրել հայրենիքի պաշտպանների շարքերը»:
Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դիմել է քաղաքացիներին՝ հայտարարելով մասնակի մոբիլիզացիա, համապատասխան հրամանագիրն արդեն ստորագրված է։ Նախագահի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում մասնակի զորահավաքի շրջանակում զորակոչի կենթարկվեն միայն պահեստազորի քաղաքացիները, առաջին հերթին նրանք, ովքեր մարտական փորձ ունեն։
Այնուհետև ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն պարզաբանել է, որ մասնակի մոբիլիզացիա, առաջին հերթին, անհրաժեշտ է տարածքները և Դոնբասում 1000 կիլոմետրանոց շփման գիծը վերահսկելու համար։ Նա հավելել է, որ զորակոչվելու է 300 000 պահեստազորային։ Շոյգուն նաև ասել է, որ մասնակի մոբիլիզացիան չի ազդի ուսանողների և ժամկետային զինծառայողների վրա։
