Սեպտեմբերի 22-ին Մարդու իրավունքների պատշպանի աշխատակազմի Սյունիքի մարզային ստորաբաժանման գրասենյակում տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում սեպտեմբերի 13-ից սկսված Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ագրեսիայի հետևանքների վերաբերյալ:

Քննարկումը կազմակերպվել էր ՀՀ-ում Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության մշտական համակարգողի պաշտոնակատար Լիլյա Պիտերս Յահիայի գլխավորած պատվիրակության՝ Սյունիք կատարած այցի շրջանակներում: Պատվիրակության կազմում էին նաև ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Քրիսթին Վայգանդը, ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի Հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Ծովինար Հարությունյանը, ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի մշտական ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Սոկուլսկին, ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի Պաշտպանության հարցերով ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար Անդրեյ Արյուպինը, ՄԱԿ այլ գործակալությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ-ում ԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Ժիհան Թաուիլան:

Իր խոսքում Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության մշտական համակարգողի պաշտոնակատար Լիլա Պիտերս Յահիան շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմին այս օրերի հսկայածավալ աշխատանքի և փաստարկված տեղեկատվության տրամադրման համար:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի Միջազգային համագործակցության վարչության պետ Աննա Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հարձակման հետևանքների վերաբերյալ Պաշտպանի արտահերթ զեկույցը, Ադրբեջանի կատարած պատերազմական հանցագործությունների փաստերը:

Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներն անդրադարձել են ագրեսիայի հետևանքներին, մարզում առկա հումանիտար խնդիրներին, այդ թվում անդրադառնալով անվտանգային հարցերին, երեխաների կրթության իրավունքի ապահովմանը, առողջության պահպանմանը, ապաստարաններով հագեցվածության և այլ հարցերի: Հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները ընդգծել են նաև ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի «Կանայք, խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն» N1325 բանաձևի դրույթների իրականացման կարևորությունը:

Քննարկման ավարտին ՄԱԿ-ի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչները վստահեցրել են, որ Սյունիքի մարզ կատարած այցի շրջանակներում նպատակ են հետապնդում հավաքագրելու բնակիչների կարիքները և հասցեագրելու դրանք իրենց ծրագրերի իրականացման շրջանակներում։
