ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, անդրադառնալով այսօր Դոնբասում և Ուկրաինայի՝ ներկայում ռուսական զորքի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում ՌԴ կազմ մտնելու հարցով հանրաքվեների անցկացմանը, ասել է.«Դոնբասը և այլ տարածքները վերադարձնելու Ուկրաինայի փորձերը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, հանրաքվեների դրական ելքի դեպքում, կդիտարկի որպես հարձակում իր հողերի վրա»:

Ինչպես գրում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը, Պեսկովն ասել է, որ Դոնբասում հանրաքվեների անցկացման անվտանգությունն ապահովված է պատշաճ մակարդակով:

«Դոնբասի և այլ ազատագրված տարածքների՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մուտքի գործընթացը  արագ տեղի կունենա», - ասել է Պեսկովը:

Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին, ինքնահռչակ Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետություններում (ԴԺՀ և ԼԺՀ), ինչպես նաև Խերսոնի մարզում և Զապորոժիեի մարզի՝ ներկայում ռուսական զորքի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում մեկնարկել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը որպես սուբյեկտներ միանալու հարցով հանրաքվեների քվեարկությունը։ Բոլոր չորս մարզերում այն կանցկացվի մինչև սեպտեմբերի 27-ը ներառյալ։

Անհապաղ հանրաքվե անցկացնելու հարցը բարձրացվել է շաբաթվա սկզբին ԴԺՀ-ի և ԼԺՀ-ի հանրային պալատների կողմից: Երկուշաբթի նրանք այս պահանջն ուղղել են հանրապետությունների ղեկավարներին։ Ամսաթվերը նշանակվել են երեքշաբթի, խորհրդարանները միաձայն ընդունել են հանրաքվեների մասին օրենքները, իսկ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովները՝ հաստատել քվեարկության կարգը։

Նման քվեարկություն կազմակերպելու պահանջին երեքշաբթի միացել են Զապորոժիեի և Խերսոնի մարզերի բնակիչները։

Չորեքշաբթի առավոտյան ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հեռուստաուղերձում ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանը կաջակցի Դոնբասի, Զապորոժիեի և Խերսոնի մարզերի բնակիչների՝ իրենց ապագայի վերաբերյալ որոշմանը, որը նրանք կընդունեն հանրաքվեներով։
